Survey Anyplace is a cloud-based survey solution for customer service, marketing and sales professionals in businesses across various industries. Features include a quiz builder, assessment tools, on-page widgets and multi-user management.

Users can create surveys that include various types of question logic, image choice surveys, smily ratings and more. Assessment components include variable scores per answer, personalized survey results and animated gauges to indicate final scores. Users can also generate custom reports, share them publicly or privately, set up real-time presentations and export them to PDF or Excel.

Survey Anyplace offers an offline mode and multilingual support, as well as customization tools such as a color selector and a library of pre-built templates. Additionally, Survey Anyplace supports integration with various third-party applications such as TextMagic, Vtiger, MailChimp, Infusionsoft and more.

Services are offered on a monthly subscription basis that includes support via email and an online knowledge base.

Survey Anyplace truly states their purpose. Their surveys are so easy to access & respond to from anywhere. We've seem massive success so far & plan to expand our mobile survey initiative.

Cons

At first we were worried that Survey Anyplace might not be right for us but we've quickly learned our users love using them & we've seen an increase in participation. Additionally, their customer service is phenomenal & it's very clear they're always looking for ways to make the experience better.

Ease of use. Price. Offline use. I actually used my surveys in a trip around Europe, offline, connected when I had wifi and everything worked great.

Cons

None. I did not have one problem with the software. I will say that setting up the offline surveys is a little clunky, but once you get the hang of it, works great.

This great tool takes the guesswork out of creating a survey. Format templates are not only attractive and compelling but very intuitive! Easily implemented!

Cons

Reporting could use a multi-layer function; stratify data in subsets would be most helpful. Overall, though, a great tool. A survey tool is only an occasional need. Will definitely return!

Valuable client satisfaction and user information. Excellent voice of customer responses to use in a variety of business decisions and marketing applications. Getting the info from this survey was the best thing I've ever done!

Pros

The software has a wide array of choices for types of questions, including ranking, that other software/surveys don't, or you have to pay a premium for them. They also have extensive skip logic available all at the same low cost. Payment plans are reasonable and flexible. Survey was incredibly easy to design (their blog has FAB tips on question writing) and our respondents found it easy to take on either mobile or desktop.

Cons

Nothing! I found no drawbacks whatsoever. The only thing that happened was I had to upgrade from a low level (under 400 responses/month) to the higher level because my survey was so widely taken--a great problem to have!

Ease of use, great for adding your own branding. Very quick to set up a stylish, functional survey.

Cons

The fact that there are so many survey possibilities (from data collection to evaluations, lead generations, event sign-ups, quizzes, ...) and the seamless cross-device user experience (all customizable in the look & feel of your brand).

Cons

It took me some time to figure out the right way to add different 'form' type questions the way I wanted. The editor for admins could be a bit more intuitive, but I heard it will be updated soon

very user friendly for creation of survey and for respondents, beautiful design, great features for very good price, , great helpdesk team - very responsive and willing to help.

Pros

Very easy to use app. Survey creation was very easy and also respondents reported back very pleasant experience. Also there is monthly subscription option, what fitted purpose of my research great. For very good price included also extra features - like skip logic, selected questions randomization etc. Also very helpful helpdesk team- quick responses, extra effort to find solution for my research purpose.

Cons

missed answer option - with standard semantic differential question, however I could substitute that with available alternatives to fit survey purposes.

We managed to collect data about a project, and the detailed information about how the data was collected gave us insight about how the data was collected by the volunteers, in which data was not collected properly, allowing us to learn also from the process.

Pros

The surveys worked very well offline. The interface is intuitive and easy to use, and easy for someone that is not very technologically advanced to make personalised. The customer support was incredible: I needed help on evenings and weekends, and always had someone helpful and patient online to answer my questions and even adjust things I needed on the survey!

Cons

The price was high for an NGO - but the flexibility of a subscription that is not annually works for us, since we can activate it when we need to collect data for projects, and un-subscribe the months we will not use.

Assessments and quizzes are an integral part of the services that we offer. I tried a few survey instruments and read reviews for a couple dozen survey instruments before I chose this one. One of its best features is indicated in the name. Survey Anywhere - mobile, offline, websites, social media, anywhere! The results can be easily distributed and there is an instant results option. Easy to work with a team. An easy to use dashboard, easy to read and analyze results. For me easy means saving time and money! And another big plus - responsive and helpful customer service. They are clearly busy but I was able to get a problem resolved that I never would have been able to do on my own.

Pros

It is customizable to many different platforms. I think the UI is logical and intuitive.

Cons

So far nothing yet.

I am currently a student from Germany and needed a proper survey tool for a few school projects. Sadly, the 20 responses you get in the free trial weren't enough so I decided to upgrade to the so called "Essential" plan, which offers 400 responses per month and is the cheapest of all plans (except for the free one of course). What is great about this tool are the many different types of question types you get to choose from. I only needed a "standard" list of options the respondent could choose from, and a kind of ranking system where the respondent could move the option he/she liked the best to the top, and worst to the bottom, etc. Both of those surveys worked really well. I also added custom fields so the respondents could write down their names, which also worked very well. Another great thing I noticed, although I didnt even use it, are the choices you can make for the design of your survey. Probably the most important feature for me was that my survey could be seen and obviously answered via smartphone. With a Compact design option everything looked fine on any mobile device I tried out and there were no complaints from any respondents either. And while more options usually mean that it gets more complicated for the user, that wasnt the case at all. Everything was explained very well with tips on how to achieve what you are looking for. The only problem I came across were the result charts. For me they did not really make any sense, which is why I only gave 4/5 stars for Functionality. The missing star for Value for Money is due to the fact that for me as a student, 29$ is still pretty much money, especially since I didnt get anything out of it either. But overall, as one can see by the ratings I was very happy with my one month of usage, although I didnt have any expectations going into this. The customer support was the nicest Ive ever come across, which is why Im writing this review. Within a few hours I had always gotten a valuable response to every question I asked.
I dont know how well this tool works for actual organisations, but for my purposes it offered everything I needed.

I've used Survey Anyplace for several years now, and am excited with every new feature or enhancement. They really seem to anticipate what I need, and seem to be very attuned at adding the latest technology to make my surveys and quizzes more interactive. The results I get from Survey Anyplace surveys blow away what I used to get using other surveys. Skip logic is a great feature, so I can be more relevant to my responders. And I love being able to add photos and video to the questions.

I was originally excited to find the software as it allowed for offline collection. Set up was easy but once we started collecting information everything fell apart. I spent over 6 hours trying to get a hold of someone on their chat (as there is no other way to get a hold of someone) and then another long period of time (when up against hard deadlines) to get issues and questions resolved. After the first issue was cleared up (after a couple days) there was some sort of update ran that cause us to have to reset the entire app midway through our show (causing us a lot of stress). We didn't feel that Survey Anyplace was at all sorry about the amount of extra work and money it cost us. We had to expedite a new ipad to set up their app again (plus travel to and from our tradeshow), we had to have key management spend a lot of time trying to handle the issue with them, and had a large amount of angry customers during the few hours at the show we were no longer able to collect information (they were angry as each person we collected had a chance to win a prize). This cost us business and made the company look bad. The software looked nice but not worth the time of money so I would not recommend it.

For offline response collection, the successful operation of our app is dependent of a number of factors such as the cache & private browsing settings and the version of the browser.
These critical factors were not sufficiently communicated to you. Given the impact that this can have, we have adapted our documentation and we will make sure to communicate this very clearly to future users.
As for the issue resolution, we try our best to solve issues within the shortest time - I understood your issue was solved 3 hours after its discovery.
It is true that we do not foresee 24/7 real-time support in our standard plans. In our experience, the level of support that we provide is sufficient for most users.
That being said, a 24/7 hotline is certainly a specific support option for us to consider in the future, for users who need real-time support during trade shows or events.
