"TicketSource offered a complete service for my charity event with regular updates and the ability to contact customers with information."

"Scanning was interesting as I wasn’t sure if scanning once would include all tickets so often had to search through the online list to ensure all tickets confirmed."

"It was great that you could keep up to date with ticket sales so that you could push your event if needed and that you had an attendees list."

"Also after you send a update I couldn't find anywhere to see who it had all gone to as we had people who said they didn't receive it, and I couldn't find a way to check that"
