  • It's an absolute joy to collaborate with people having exceptional, creative and technical abilities. Who will always go the extra mile to get We found on working with your esteemed company.
  • Best Cost saving experience as all services got as a combo package.
  • Cons

  • The System we purchased shows links from other tour company. Very dodgy and suspicious.
  • You keep on following up requests and issues and make you chase them. Unable to cope customer complaints- Staff breakdowns when customer gets furious over complaints related to the system.

  • It is easy to use, the customer service is great. They respond very quickly and all the team, specially the Munich team has been awesome.
  • Once I had had all the information added to the program, I made some test reservations and it was really easy to use and could ask all the information that I needed to make a reservation.
  • Cons

  • But this is rather the problem of the activity provider and not trekksoft and this is not a major issue. Further I dislike that tours have to be entered always in all choosen language.
  • What I mean by that is that the person complaining doesn't seem to be learning enough about the system to understand it but rather just complaining that things don't work.
