Great product but better for the price for a small-mid sized business.

Crazy Egg will also not give you answers, only information, so don't expect this to tell you what to change.

Maybe one day there will be a platform that does everything, but for now I'll keep using Crazy Egg.

How cool is the heat mapping tool. This was easy to use and very insightful.

They do a good job of displaying the data captured as the heat map is running and making it easy to understand.

I was unable to create white label reports which is a shame.

If you are interested in the flow of users through your site, then the traffic analysis tools included in crazyegg are the most advanced and complex on the market.

This has be wonderful overall. It have given a great opportunity to reach out to our target market.

Price is great compared to other similar products like UserTesting. Very easy to set up tests and test results usually come in the same day.

I loved the fact that they have some templates set up to help you start creating your test. I also likes the fact that you can choose devices and ages, as same as gender.

They have made some recent updates which has now provided a lot more options for testing, which I love. I like how you can duplicate and edit tests, it's very intuitive.

The customer service is excellent, with the team getting back to you really quickly - and happy to give you replacement tests if any don't work out technically.

For the price it had the same level quality and ease of use as higher priced alternatives. The interface and recording quality is great.

Also, I feel as though tags are missing from UserBrain.
