Pros/Cons

Pros
Product tracks accounts very well and includes a plethora of options for customer information. The software is relatively easy to use and priced well.
Cutting Edge, user friendly, multiple reports, great customer history. Staff is very knowledgeable and has a quick response time. Constant upgrades and updates.

Cons
Sometimes the program takes a little longer to load information, specifically during memory intensive processes such as calculating bills or running detailed reporting with a lot of criteria.
Their payment system integration was not compliant with PCI DSS standards at the time we used this product. Big problem!

Pros
The flow for the billing is very nice. No jumping around from one screen to another.
The software is very user friendly. In addition the staff is very easy to work with and very knowledgeable.

Cons
The price is a little high compared to what we had been using, but the product is better.
THERE ARE SOME REPORTS THAT I WISH WERE ALITTLE MORE DETAILED, BUT OVERALL A GREAT SOFTWARE
