The software is easy to use; the company is excellent in its implementation; tech support is great - the response time is excellent; and there is not enough this company can do for it's patrons.

We have had some bumps along the way which were difficult, as is any change.

This is quality software backed by the integrity of an awesome staff. If you get a chance to work with the staff at CUSI, don't hesitate.

Would like to see fewer steps. Overall love the CUSI support staff, they are very friendly and ready to help when  issues arise.

I have been the utility clerk for nine years. Although I have nothing to compare it to I find no reason to ever switch from CUSI.

The people are very friendly and always accomplish whatever I need big or small. The program is user friendly and that makes it easy for someone to fill in when I'm not here which.

It has been so frustrating. The call back time to answer and or help with simple things takes over an hour or day to get a call back.

My overall experience with CUSI has been a good one. The customer service is awesome.

When I call with a problem, which is rare, I am helped and the problem is resolved.

However, the lack of being able to export a report as it is seen is bothersome. Only the WHOLE raw data gets exported necessitating multiple sorts, subtotals, etc. to obtain certain results.

The cost of this software is very reasonable, more than reasonable I think when you consider the ease of use and what it is capable of.

Overall:  Top of the line on the Billing and works good tying in with our meter reading software. I have overall been very happy with the system.

Payments may post in usaepay but not ums. However I realize fixing this problem is in the works but very frustrating in the process.

CUSI (CBSW) is a fantastic company. Implementation  personnel (Richard) is the greatest, answers all questions quickly and is very patient.

Overall -  overall UMS.net  is a good product and it is clear that the CUSI staff is dedicated to providing enhancements that will help make the end user's duties more efficient and easier to perform.

We are a very small utility but could see this program working great for large systems too. So happy to finally have a program that does what it says it will, and great support along the way.

I have enjoyed using Continental because it's so user friendly. I especially like the ACH function and Final Billing is a breeze.

All employees are friendly and easy to work with. Our Village has used CUSI since 2004 and we are very happy with it.

Easy integration with meter reading software allows for faster billing. Reporting options are plenty, but also can be customized if necessary.

The great customer support is there from day one, they will walk you through EACH and EVERY step to get you started, then if you should need continued help, they are just a quick call away.

Just be very clear about exactly what you want it to do, and they will help you out.

Lots of error with payments not posted or multiply postings.

The biggest downfall with this software, in my opinion, that there are a lot of errors or bugs in the system.

Overall I am pleased with VUB and all the support I have received. I have become so much more comfortable using this system over the last 3 years.

It tends to lock up a lot. I am not sure if that is on our end or not.

Our organization deals with many contractors but Diversified is the lifeblood of our revenue. Any time support is needed, someone is always at the end of the phone to discuss.

Overall, the software has worked very well for us. There are additional features that would be nice to have but we are very satisfied.

I can not say enough good about Diversified Billing. It has made applying customer payments a quick and easy process, and it is perfect for billing our 2,000 customers.

The customer inquiry is very easy to use. We converted our old billing system to Diversified and it was almost seamless.

I am thankful that I never had to train anyone else on how to use it. Customers seem to understand their bills much better and if there is an issue we can usually get help very quickly.

Some changes that Diversified made are not global; only available in some screens and the old way for others. There is a misspelled word that irritates me every time I see it.

If you enter something the system doesn't like, it tends to just crash.

The ability to compile and share reports is extremely useful. The updated sign in procedure is easy but very secure.

What I don't like is I have to be careful with downloading anything for it might mess up the billing.

The confusion on owner tenant when you want to just send an email verses mailing a hard copy also or not at all.

They always confirm receiving emails and include documentation when necessary. They are helpful when we have issues to be resolved.

The only negative input I have on this system is getting the error messages and shutting down on me. However; with that said, my system now is due for an upgrade.
