I can't really come up with anything that I dislike.

The ease of use and customer service assistance immediate response.

The only problem I can say is one thing: The activity sheet is hard to explain and break down to the older customers.

So far I have not come across anything I have had problems with.

Love the ease of the software, one click for where/what you want to perform. I had very little training, with the previous person, had lots of questions when I was on my own.

Rural Billing is an excellent software program. It is easy to learn and easy to use.

The tech dept is amazing. Every time I run into a problem, a quick email and I know I will get a quick response and help in no time.

I highly recommend the use of this software. The ease of use and functionality of this software combined with the dependable customer support team is outstanding.

The customer service is very good. They respond right away and solve any issues that you may have.

I also like that when customers pay online through GovPortal it transfers over to Rural Billing. This has been super helpful so I don't miss customer payments.

The program is easy to understand. When you have several entries of money, it always lets you know if it adds up.

Reliability is 100%, and the cost-effectiveness is amazing. I have never had a problem with the system, and Eric is very accomodating with support, questions, and other items.

This is a fantastic program for our small community's water billing program.

I like the ease of use the most. It is easy to use, and input any data as well as printing off anything I need.

I don't like that you cannot look up work orders for each specific account.

The only negative thing we experienced was the learning process. We got through this process quickly by getting support from customer services.

Reports are very easy to analysis and modify. Great package,  support, would highly recommend.

The Support group is an amazing bunch of people that are easy to talk to. Easy to understand when they are guiding me through any issue that I may have come up.

Sometimes i have a hard time understanding the history for each customer.

I would recommend the software because it serves its purpose of billing and a wide range of reports that you can produce and great features in record keeping of customer history.

I really don't like that you have to close out of any window you are currently in to access another. It makes for frustrating and extra steps that could easily be avoided.

It's very easy to use, and having the monthly support is very useful.

Love this Software for all my billing needs. Have recommended Sofwater to neighboring utilities and both water companies are now using Softwater.

This is a great product with great tech support would recommend to any bussiness.

Loss has occured in the past and data had to be re-entered; however, with the backups, whether on our hard drive or remotely to intedata, the loss is very minimal and only occurred once.

Help Support button in program can answer most every question. Staff support is very useful if you don't find the answer with the help button.

If you are looking for a really great company with a great product, and really great personel,  I recomend Intedata.

The staff IS, however, very good about getting right to our request and getting it resolved in a timely manner.

My biggest worry is loss of data, which can always happen when installing new customers or updates, or swapping meters.

The software is very user friendly. Even if you have a question, you can always use the help and it will step you right through what you need help with.

I am most impressed with the staff support, exceptional. Quick returned phone calls, problem solving and very helpful and nice.

They seem to get lost in understanding the receipt of their payment applied against their account.

Software is very user friendly and the girls in customer service are top notch and always happy to help.
