This system was brought in to replace our old paper style medical records. It has been a huge improvement for our business, allowing us to be more detailed, more accurate, and more profitable.

The customer support over the last several years has been terrible.

We have had trouble with avimark making other programs so they don't work.

I love the integration of my lab and prescriptions.

So easy to use, great to learn on, great for first time users. Love how there are so many ways to do different tasks, makes it even easier.

I have been using it for over 18 years at 2 different practices. It is very user friendly and having to use Tech support is very helpful.

Our overall experience with AVImark is that it is a top notch company, has amazing reviews and does everything we need it to and more.

Despite its shortcomings, though, it's a powerful line-of-business solution for veterinarians, with excellent customer service and support.

Most staff pick it up easily when trained. Customer service is great, anytime I have needed help response time has been great and they are able to navigate me through the process, very friendly.

AviMark's customer reports are absolute nonsense and their chat function for support is horrendous.

Super easy to use, easy to navigate, integrates well with other programs, great customer service, affordable.

This is a great product with good functionality across the board.

Pricing is very fair and I like that we can install the software on multiple laptops without having to involve tech support.

Over all a great program, fast and reliable tech support, able to interfere with lab software, user friendly and easy to learn.

Avimark is user friendly. I like the ability to view the patient's record easily, I can narrow the record down into specific catergories (ie. RXs, Labs, Diet, Vaccines, etc).

Some simple things are missing- for example in the appointment book you can block off weekly, monthly, or the first and third week of the month, but not every second week.

It truly helps you provide better care of your patient and better service to your clients.

Color codes for reminders/ call backs is super helpful.

Integration of Avimark is pretty straight forward. We use Idexx lab services and they mesh well together.

The information search has a significant learning curve but is a great tool once you know how to use it. Report features are great.

I do like it's compatibility with CareCredit. It has great search capability.

User friendly, easy to navigate. Love this software, very easy.

All in all, Avimark is a great value for the money. One of the best choices for a non-cloud-based system.

I love how easily it integrates with our lab machines and our online pharmacy. I love the functionality of being able to have discharge sheets pre programed into it and pre programed drug labels.

Ease of access for all aspects- financial settings, medical records, appointments, access to analytics. Customer service is superb.

It has limited functionality. You are forced to pay for annual support because information searches require coding.

The product is user friendly. When training new employees the tech support is also great.

Great modules for scheduling and boarding , so easy to use and navigate.

The training that we paid for to go paperless for almost useless for the money we paid. We call in to support know with questions and were told it was set up wrong in different sections.

I was trained on the software for literally a day and had it down. Like I said I love this software.

The one complaint I do have regarding the software is that there is no warning when another user is trying to schedule an appointment slot so there are times that they get double booked.

They'd fix the issue for the day, maybe and then the problems would arrive again.

Sometimes things are changed without a reason and it takes months for the bad change to be acknowledged and returned to normal function.

I love the customer support and the on-line tutorials. I don't think the program is necessary intuitive, but easy to maneuver once training has taken place.

I have had a great experience. Again, it is so easy to use and to track patient activity on.

Periodically there will be an odd malfunction. The most recent one was due to a software update.

There has been a feature request for this since before we changed software and I do not feel that it would be hard to implement.

Overall our experience has been very positive. They were upfront about the work that would be involved in making the transition and were supportive of our team.

The support staff from when we put in tickets have been supportive and have addressed and mostly resolved concerns that we may have  found.

EzyVet is very customizable and user friendly. There are multiple functions and it integrates with a lot of other platforms, including Zoom for Telemedicine.

Inability to copy puppy profile. SEARCH ENGINE - the more data one supplies the more data is displayed - it should be the opposite.

The launch went so well this week and customer service  were amazing. I can see now why the training costs what it does it's worth every penny.

A year later it would be fine. I do love the program now that I am feeling more confident using it, we literally discover new things we can do on it or ways of doing things differently every week.

Always have great experiences when working with the support team. Our practice has been able to continue to grow in part due to the continued advancements that ezyVet is constantly making.

Support has been terrific and our questions are answered quickly and they always make sure we have the answer we need.

Easy to access, easy to use, helps streamline communication and make both the Client and Team experience seamless.

We have really enjoyed the software and feel its just only going to get better.

The customer service  All Stars are a joy to work with and very quickly address any questions I have.

The software is easy to use. New employees are quick to catch on how to use it.

I am very pleased with the transition and feel that we made a great choice switching from IntraVet.

The support team is very accessible and happy to answer our questions. I've been able to integrate with almost all the third parties I could with my old software.

I enjoy learning how to use new software and I found this to be user-friendly and relatively simple to navigate for the tasks I needed to tackle.

The experience now is that we have a great system that fulfills our needs and then some, more industry partners are integrating with ezyvet and it will be better when more join.

Some great features such as integration. Has everything one would need for a paperless practice.

EzyVet works well, with good acceptance and use by staff, the integration with xero is great and provides significant analysis if required.

I really like the reliability of the product. We used to restart our servers daily.

Love the software and for 4 locations it’s super easy to schedule appointments and communication with client is readily available.

The transition from our other software was quick and easy. Best decision our practice ever made.

There was some confusion and disruption in the initial transition to ezyVet, but this was almost entirely due to a lack of preparedness on our (hospital) part, and not the fault of the ezyVet team.

What I love most about Ezyvet is that is so easy. Once you get to know your navigation it all makes sense.

Incredibly easy to use compared to all other EMR systems I've seen.

However, they fixed the problem and the malfunction is gone. Although overall very powerful there are a few small  features that are missing.

I love the ease of use the most with this software. It is so user friendly to people who are not good with computers.

Making the transition from Cornerstone has been difficult for staff because of the new aspect of determining at what level communications should be housed.

The integration with Smartflow helps facilitate timely treatments.

I and the warning when you have more than 11 open at a time. But in order to get to print vaccine history, I have to click open at least 5 tabs.

The ease of use once you are familiar with the product, as well as the constant updates to better the product.

Ezyvet allowed us to make specific prices for those days only, and track the data so that we could improve at the next clinic. Ezyvet is adaptable to our nee.

Some things are confusing to navigate and hard to find. You have to complete a couple steps in order for something to work properly.

Xero integration has meant improved financial reporting and profit. The reminder system is fantastic and reduces staff time and costs.

From a clinical perspective, ezyVet allowed my team to become more efficient and increase revenue due to better charge capture.
