I have lost a few files with this. It now warns you that someone else has it open.

I personally really have been happy with Neo and highly recommend.

Its very easy to use and navigate. Provides great help for beginner users.

The default invoices are pretty. The e-mail reminders seem to run fine and the lab work is integrated to where it tells the lab station to run a test and records the result afterwards.

Still very new product so there have been some kinks to work out but they have all been minor and Idexx has been quick to address problems.

The NEO team is very responsive to user feedback and frequently makes enhancements and upgrades to the software that make it better and better.

I like using the templates for filling out our exams. The doctor side of things are nice and easy.

Training is very easy for new staff because of the simple and straight forward interface. Almost all tasks take minimal steps to complete unlike some of the more popular PMS out there.

There are several things that I love about IDEXX Neo. First, the ease of use with integrated training is great.

Company is wonderful to deal with. Love that it is web based.

Ease of use, ability to communicate records/results.

The office uses  IDEXX  for both reference and in-house labs, so the integration with Neo is fantastic. We also signed up for WebPacs so our imaging  would be integrated.

As the person in charge of calling when things go wrong it is very much appreciated to talk to helpful/nice customer support. Third, the continued improvement and growth is so nice.

We certainly also appreciate the ability to run NEO on very inexpensive hardware.

The vet connect plus features were the biggest selling point. I also really appreciate the frequent updates and feature improvements.

Very user friendly, and easily adaptable to 60% large animal practice. Great value when it comes to money and ease of setup.

Our overall experience has been 9 out of 10. We are very happy with our move from Avimark (big, costly, server-based) to web-based Neo.

The time putting in charges is cut in half compared to other programs.

All of the staff are frustrated after having this system  9 months. They are begging me (management) to return to our outdated system.

Poor estimate capabilities. Updates interfere with current processes, forms, etc.

I had a good experience with them and will continue to use other products and their reference lab.

Customer service is great. They are good about taking enhancement requests and improving the software.

This is the best support team I've ever worked with online. They are friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond.

What i like the most is how easy it is to use, even the doctor loves. I can do inventory and batches so quickly.

Idexx Neo has been wonderful, especially during the winter and spring storms that we have encountered in the past. The fact that everything goes into the cloud has made our lives so much easier.

Ease of use, integration with our lab equipment, integration with smartflow.

Different batches of medications cannot currently be tracked separately. Invoices closed out on one doctor by mistake cannot be easily switched - payment must be deleted and re-entered.

No Integration to different Blood testing machines,  External Laboratories other than Idexx. Not Integrated  to CRM option.

There are many ways to do the same task in this software, but this usually results in confused staff.

We have recently updated to the latest and we are hopeful that any glitches we were experiencing will be solved.

Well we had an entire systems crash with Impromed, including our back up. There was nothing they could do about it.

They do not automatically upgrade the versions of the software. Mobile integration is poor for pads etc. and most importantly service is not good.

Great software and wonderful customer service, recently it has been so easy to get them to help and fix your issue, there is less to none wait time to get connected and get help.

Easy to use, 3 ways to do everything, great support, keeps getting better with each update.

With the most recent update, things seem to take more steps of clicking on to do same thing and we lost some of our conveniences that were removed with upgrades.

The ease of use and customer service are great.

It is also hard to change any errors with patient processing and refunds are also multiple unnecessary steps. It took me a long time to get used to impromed.

Inventory module doesn't do what it is suppose to do. Pulls inventory from the wrong location pulls partial bottles of medication from different locations because it has a older lot number.

8 months later, there is still no timeline for fixing the integration. This is just one example.

I like the appointment scheduler the most in this software, the different colors make it easier to look at in a glance. I like that it can communicate to Idexx equipment and other programs.

There are often lag times and strange glitches. Creating forms is VERY difficult and not an intuitive process at all.

The downside, sometimes there is lag or crashes or other issues that prevent workflow.

The lack of quick keys to move between different tabs makes the overall process slower.

The tree set up for medical records is time consuming to go through in order to enter your records and push charges through.

This was here when I started working here 3 years ago. So I would really like to see an upgrade which may have what I'm looking for, just not in the budget.

The poor functionality makes it so that a hospital NEEDS to pay for their tech support in order to keep it functioning at the most basic level.

I think the easytime appointment scheduler has been the most difficult to adapt to, it is difficult to look quickly for an available time slot, because it does not give you a view of entire day.

For example, I want to call in and have a customer service option. Not press 1 for this , press 3 for this, press 2 for that... if you miss your option, you are forced to start back at the beginning.

Benefits would be having the integration with other products which is a huge benefit.

We lost 10 years worth of patient records and had to start over fresh. Imagine our and our client’s frustration.

The ability to use the software to keep client files organized and digitally safe is great. Lots of options for scheduling and employee tracking as well.

Easily customizable options - billing, estimates, invoicing; great options for reports and inventory; user friendly and customer care is very helpful.

Difficult to learn, terrible support, doctors don't love. Missing modern day features for clients that are needed in this day and age.

The support is by far the worst I have seen, worse than Microsoft. If you run into an issue don't expect it to be fixed, if someone says they need to call you back don't expect a call back.

I love how Impromed is customizable. We utilize most features as recommended, but have been able to make other features work differently and better for our practice.

We have always been happy with the easy of maintenance, and use. We recently updated to the newer version of the program and are still getting used to the changes.

Excellent investment, Excellent customer service.

What I like most about Impromed is the ability to customize just about everything to get the software to work best for your work-flow.

Impromed is VERY user friendly. The application tabs are easy to use and maneuver and even when training someone new, the features are easy to learn.

Love that we can communicate by email or text to clients right from the program. This is a great time saver.

Sometimes it can be confusing when making corrections to concluded invoices.

We were able to integrate two practices, which was hugely helpful.

Despite updating to new versions always some heavy glitches which then require another update, that can be very frustrating.

Tech support is worthless. Program can not even do timesheets correctly.

Inventory, patient records and accounting all work well. System has the ability to do so much with added cost of additional modules.

Great software support, quick efficient and courteous. Can solve most issues by remotely logging in and correcting the issue.

Its a really nice software for a small practice, and I believe it would be even more useful in a large one as we do not have the need for a lot of the applications it has in it.

Unfortunately it is alphabetized by owners first name not their last, and if a spouse picks up it makes it more difficult to locate for billing out.

Easy to use and the help staff is nice and very helpful.

I have used other software systems and knew what I needed this system to do. Technical support help train me on this system and was extremely patient and helpful when I had question about a function.

ImproMed Infinity is an on-premise veterinary practice management suite for clinics of all sizes. Primary features include treatment plans, patient information tracking, appointment management, billing, invoicing and reporting.

ImproMed Infinity allows users to configure user workflows, manage care facilities, track expenses and communicate with clients and vendors. The system also offers inventory management, and it can generate postcards, letters, and labels. Patient reminders and marketing tools are also available.
