There could be more tools to make tagging easier - templates for regular uploads. Also uploading tools for clients with poor connectivity.

The key to perfect usability is the metadata for each media record. So once this is all set up then it is a charm to use.

The software is very easy to use, and easy to administer.

A few features missing, but these have been noted by Image and are being deployed in later updates.

Great working relationship - collaborative idea sharing, extension of my team and cares about NBA and the clients we service on a global basis.

The Support team is great and really responsive. In terms of the portal the ease of  use for admin - to manage users and groups etc - is great.

Very good, our partnership manager is always very reposive and helpful. It provides a great platform to showcase our content and has definitely helped convert sales.

The team are also super helpful and always happy to help whenever I contact them, they explain things clearly and concisely.

There is a few features which we do not make the most potential of I believe, but I am unsure how they would integrate into our business etc.

The overall experience with Ziflow is good. The software is quick but sometimes there's is a bug and i have to refresh the browser (Firefox).

The clients LOVE the capabilities of different comment types and the ability to compare new and old versions.

Hands down Ziflow is an amazing bang for its buck. Other systems with similar features are much more expensive and not as user friendly.

Usually around a big update the platform shows some minor errors. Nothing big, but it can be annoying.

I like the product but the customer service put the experience over the top. They have been spot on in the way they deliver service.

This commitment to developing the software further and further instills great confidence in Ziflow's future. Something we couldn't say for our previous system.

It perfectly replaces another proofing system we loved for a fraction of the cost. Very user friendly with a beautiful interface.

Previously our proofing was all done through email, which lead to massive email chains. Worse, new email chains would be started and by the end of a project, there were multiple threads to manage.

Ziflow has wonderful customer service. The people I've been working with to set up our workflows and zibots are very helpful and responsive.

The ease of use for both us and our clients is the best feature of Ziflow. The user-friendly interface makes the process of proofing our creatives as smooth as could be.

The markup window is comprehensive and the control over workflow and approval stage management is superb.

The Ziflow API is fantastic. You can easily export the specifications from the website documentation and import it in to PostMan to get started developing your own web app.

At first, we received complaints from the proofers that they were receiving far too many emails from the system, and we had to adjust settings.

You are unable to route a website via the software which makes it a bit difficult if you have those projects.

It also gives us great options for expanding our integration with all the other great functionality Ziflow has to offer.

The functionality of this product is superb. We have always found tremendous use with Ziflow, but working remotely has increased its value to us even more.

I absolutely love the interface of Ziflow. It's so easy to use and has become an important tool for myself and my team's everyday projects.
