Digify is the perfect platform for sharing confidential documents with business associates, customers, and investors. Additionally, to safely share documents, movies, and PDF presentations. Controlling important document printing, transmission, and download is very advantageous.

Digify specialises at performing and customising file and document sharing tasks. It allows us to limit uploaded files and tailor them for a particular reader. The best feature of Digify is how configurable it is.

In addition to being pricey, Digify's premium edition does not provide annual or one-time subscriptions.

We are a library, and because of the safety and comfort Digify delivers, we are now able to loan out digital texts.

Intuitive design. We have hundreds of customers, and rarely need to explain any of them how to use Digify.

Some users need to use new passwords after a very short period of time. Though not an actual problem, this can be inconvenient.

It was a good product I would use again but cannot afford to keep when nit using due to how expensive it is.

That I am able to send sensitive documents and track the recipients viewings.

The price, the inability to know if documents have been screen shotted and how tedious it can be adjusting the recipients of docs viewing abilities.

Good overall, I would give 5 if the above could be improved.

Good value, easy to setup, no need for extensive tutorials to use, did what it said it would do.

It's missing the ability for users to be able to download some files and only view others - this is the main reason I might not continue with Digify. Also, the loading times can be long and navigation between different pages can take too many button presses. The UX/UI could be improved generally - I would recommend having a designated UX designer if you don't have one already (I could recommend one to you).

We used Digify for financing and buy side due diligence and were very pleased with the VDR's capabilities

Security features are top notch UI is intuitive Multi user multi entity is simple and setting up new datarooms is very simple

Auto updating directory would be an excellent add on.

Works well for our company and we have supported many successful transactions using it as our 'go-to' VDR.

The cloud based software is easy to use, straightforward, and effective at creating a virtual data room to securely host sensitive documents for any transaction. The simplicity is fantastic

There isn't much wrong with the product at all except it is slightly expensive for what you get. They could add another room or two to the standard price.

In general, I am very satisfied with having chosen Digify as the solution for a specific project and now I have extended it to other projects of the company.

It is a certified tool in ISO 27001 Information Security Management. Over the years working with the tool, my clients are satisfied and feel safe using it.

The main use case for us has been sharing confidential information under CDA with remote partners.

Digify is a simple, flexible and powerful system for securely sharing confidential information with potential partners.

The interface is much simpler than for other more expensive products. Over time we've come to appreciate this, at is makes simpler for new partners to review content.

Ease of use, comparable functionality to Ansarada and Datasite, but much better value.

We have used Digify on several trasnactions now, and no complaints.

We house all our training resources for our E-Learning program on Digify.com. Our business depends on ensuring our students are not giving away our resources to others or the web. We use Digify to register our students to the materials, and Digify sends them verification codes to help keep our materials secure. We also can customize our watermark by having the participants email address as the watermark, so if any of our resources are leaked on the web, we know who did it. Getting help from a customer service rep is super easy with the chat feature. And I love the new changes the continue to make to make their site even better!

There have been a few features that I wish were available, but after talking to customer service I learned that it's impossible for them to do it. So, I can't hold that against them.

Fantastic. Truly disruptive to the old stodgy world of data room solutions.

Drop dead easy to setup, implement and use. Amazingly simple to invite users to rooms, folders or even file level. Price is based on administrators, not data rooms or the amount of content you store. Also really like the various levels of security you can assign to each file and how intuitive that is.

Some limitations on organization of content, but after submitting suggestions to Digify, they promptly made enhancements to address the shortcomings and continue to listen to customer feedback and make upgrades at a fast pace.

I needed a simple and inexpensive data room for a one-time transaction. Digify provided everything I needed: simplicity, different accessibility levels, full history of user access (what and when they viewed, downloaded). It was also reasonably priced compared to competition.

You can download limited number of files at once which forces you to divide your download into chunks. It would useful to have ability to create shortcuts to files, I needed to keep the same file in different folders and ended up copying same file multiple times.

We use Digify regularly for partner onboarding, due diligence, and ongoing reporting. It has been an extremely simple tool and helpful to use as a central hub for partners throughout their experience with our company.

-Ability to drag and drop large numbers of files from computer -Makes collaboration with external parties really easy - doesn't usually have firewall issues, etc. -Like the feature of being able to expire data rooms -Secure file sending is really helpful -For due diligence purposes, it is very helpful to see viewer data and stats -Help desk is extremely responsive

-An integration to Google drive would be awesome! -We are working on an API integration to be able to upload files automatically - not sure how that is going to work yet

We have digital content that our customers purchase. We are able to deliver this data to them without the need for thumb drives. We can see what data they find useful by tracking what data they download and what data they do not.

The Digify software is very easy to use for the administrative side and for our customers to login and use the data we make available to them.

That the software is not Free. I do not have any cons with the software.

Everything from the customer service to user experience has been excellent! I would highly recommend this software to anyone who's organization has need of the ability for files to be viewed for set periods of time.

In addition to the ease of use and reliability of the software, Digify has multiple applications. In my organization, we do lots of remote testing for students. The ability to send students Digify links for their exams which terminate at a set time is invaluable.

Honestly, as far as our organization is concerned, the biggest drawback was the inability to set certain custom expiration times. However, Digify's team was amazing in addressing this need!

An amazing software, that can become really perfect with a few improvements.

It combines amazingly dynamic watermarking with easy emailing of large PDFs.

I am now testing the software with the free trial. I think that it would be helpful if the user could adjust the opacity of the watermark so that it doesn't disturb the reader, especially with the tile alternative. We publish magazines and books and we don't want to irritate our readers with this social DRM method. Also, I think that the watermark text wouldn't be required, since the user email itself is sufficient to deter the sharing of the document. Finally, it would be useful if we could deactivate the sending of followup messages to our email about the opening, downloading etc. by every recipient (imagine that you send a document to hundreds of people...).

Very good. Love the ease in which we can add documents, vary the type of access, stay organized and look good.

After brief tutorial (probably not needed for most people), I was uploading, editing, moving, inviting immediately. As someone technologically challenged, I was somewhat hesitant to dive right in, but this software has really helped me and my firm look great and has dramatically raised our game.

Digify helps me to share files without worrying about plagarism.

The ability to send documents to multiple people in a way that does not allow for them to save the documents or forward the documents (thus helps to prevent plagarism)

That I cannot create email groups (i.e., create a contact group rather than type in each email address each time).

It's very easy to use and navigate. We received excellent responses from our team members, clients and potential investors on the product.

It would be great if you can add more data rooms at lower prices for certain packages and would like to edit the numbers of certain files

Securely transfering sensitive data to other users, setting the expiration date and time, seeing when they open and download the data

I like that I can encrypt files and deny access after a certain date. There are lot of permission options and that works well for me at this juncture - sending proprietary materials around.

I think the cost is high - but I am a start up - so expenses are paramount to me.
