My overall  experience is that they are striving to be a great company that offers great software.

Loved it, have recommended it on a regular basis. I have had one technical issue/bug in 10 months with sending an email and UK based support fixed that within 2 hours.

Clean and nice UI, awesome UX, incredible reliability (key factor in Webby apps) and really good support.

No reliable, No stability, No intuitive, Bad recording quality. I put 150 in a webinar and the whole platform went frozen.

When the video was finished I turned the mic on and did my part of the webinar. When I went to replay the recording the quality was terrible.

Only once a question had to be escalated to tech team - everything else was user error.

There are some features that aren't presently there but on the roadmap. For example, segmentation of early abandons, no-shows, and attendees.

It's too bad as the intention was to use bigmarker as our webinar platform but it's useless in that sense.

The backend/admin portal was easy enough to use, but the support team made our lives sooooo much easier by helping us know exactly what we needed to do and when.

We love the ease of use for both presenters and participants. The meeting rooms are also a great bonus.

There are so many things to love about this software - It's reliable, allows for customization with features that always impress my clients, and the customer support is second to none.

It was easy to customize the webinar room, customize the emails, and for attendees to register. I liked that it integrated with Infusionsoft and our presenters had an easy time accessing the webinar.

This can be a big problem for those who don't speak English. I am also missing a 24 hours clock (currently have to use AM/PM which is uncommon in The Netherlands).

Can only email, and the response time isn't OK when there's an urgent concern. Then to cancel your subscription, you have to email them.

One Con I ran into was the inability to use bigmarker as a telestrator (writing on the screen while reviewing a video).

I have had a wonderful experience with BigMarker. Whenever I have experienced technical difficulties during webinars they have always been very helpful.

It is also convenient for participants as they do not need to download an app or software to join the meeting or webinar. Reporting features are excellent and useful for follow up work.

They told us that support would be available during our event and there was just this lousy email address.

The UI is beautiful, the website is responsive and everything is very well layed out and planned. The pricing too is on par with many other event platforms.

Excellant and responsive customer service, scales well and defintely the most affordable option on the market.

I hope their latest capital infusion will help polish up their product and develop into something outside of just conferences.

We introduced Hopin to our community with our Annual Meeting and the response was outstanding. We have over 1000 chats in a 60 minute program.

I love how much it's grown and being invested in, in the times I've used it. I'm excited to see where it will be in a couple months as more features are rolled out.

Its pricing model is straight forward and easy to understand, and much more affordable than other offerings out there. Their pre-sales, post-sales and support team are awesome folks.

Lack of integration with Salesforce and Interprefy.

Presentations, breakout rooms, chat rooms and so on. I liked that it was so easy to move between different parts of the event seamlessly and it was easy to navigate.

Overall I am pleased with the platform and customer service and will continue to use for events.

There appeared to be a limitation to how large some poster presentations could be made so that reading them was difficult.

Easy to use for end users. Fun features that attendees enjoyed.

Decent integrations with our existing stack (e.g. Hubspot). The possibility to run booths for sponsors was great to help us sell sponsorships.

Those proved to be quite confusing for our membership.

Solid Comprehensive Platform with Areas for Improvement.

I have attended dozens of events in Hopin in the last year, and it is the most reliable and easy-to-use platform I have used. The basic price is also affordable and easy to set for small groups.

It is easy to use and explain to new delegates. Very nice networking options, but overall very user friendly.

Easy for guests to navigate. All features on the platform were great.

One of the keys is one-on-one matchmaking. In-person 1on1 is self explanatory, but for companies doing business with suppliers, the interface of the video meetings within Hopin are outstanding.

Users had a great experience, setup was very easy.

Customer service was exceptional. Our CSM was  [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and they were so lovely and attentive.

The lack of ability to connect to MAP and CRM made the registration process difficult and very manual.

It is keeping us connected in these 'de-conneted days. We are appreciative of the fantastic customer service and dedication of the Hopin Team to make improvements to the platform each and every week.

Had great integrations, was fluid, and customer response was always quick.

Also, we could never get Google Analytics to work. We submitted a ticket, was told they would look into it but no one ever circled back to fix the issue or tell us what went wrong.

The session rooms were great and easy to find. The expo was a lovely addition to really bring the features of an in-person conference to your office on a virtual platform.

I remember that they only had maybe a couple of weeks or so to implement the software and execute the event. I was incredibly impressed.

I held two very important ticketed events on Hopin and the video quality was excellent. I love the comment option and the opportunity to run a dry run of the event.

Sessions work really well, we love hosting Q&A sessions in the sessions tab. The speed networking is great too and would love to see some more features added.

People left the event impressed that they were captured for the whole time and loved that it provided them with a different experience to anything they had participated in online.

Repeatedly pasting a notice in multiple chats was annoying and time-consuming.

All the features are great. It's easy to use and people have been enjoying the intent behind how we are utilizing the platform for our needs.

Ease of use for admins and relatively quick set up. Ability to use RTMP streaming directly from AV company.

It is visually appealing and very user friendly. This was what clinched the sale for us for an Enterprise 12 month license.
