Really Reliable
Overall, the services and products provided by ace cloud hosting are really good and affordable.
PROSI have been using Ace cloud hosting for the last year and am quite happy with the service. They have good cloud packages that suit everyone's budget.
CONSI am using Quickbook hosting features and Tax software hosting and its really good for me. I am looking forward to buy some more services from ace in future.

Initially frustrating, but your Customer Service turned out to be quite amazing. They respond within minutes of my query and are always willing to assist.
PROSAccessing Accounting system and the ability to work with Windows 11.
CONSDoesn't have the ability to automatically be used on different monitors/screens. Most people have more than 2 monitors now... I have 5 and it only being able to be on one monitor was insanity. Your Team helped me to get it to 2 monitors, but I prefer all 5.

Overall satisfied with Ace cloud hosting solutions
Overall experience is good and at the end of the day everything was on point and now also we are very satisfied with the services of the company.
PROSWe deployed VDI solutions from Ace cloud hosting last year during covid crisis. More than half the strength of the company was operating from home and as a result we deployed VDI solutions and more than 200 users were given free 1 month POC and after 1 month we were very satisfied with the solutions and IT support of the company.
CONSI felt the product was very costly as compared to the other providers and the speed was the another issue.
