  • Pros

  • The amount of customization you have is amazing, very simple to set-up, you'll be ready to go in a few minutes.
  • Easy to set up and plenty of support along the way. It is also very cost effective as some other systems we shortlisted were overly complicated for our needs.
  • Cons

  • Our actual receptionists now have no excuses as to why what happened to those who enter our building as it is all logged.
  • There is no one there to tell my guest if i'm delayed or in a meeting.

  • It has helped us save costs as we don’t always need a receptionist to man the front desk. Visitors are always super impressed, has transformed the visitor experience.
  • Integrations with Outlook and Google calendar its great feature. The kiosk app is user-friendly to the visitors, fluid to work with.
  • Cons

  • I find it hard to change something in configuration, and it don't depends on me, I have to contact the supplier.
  • Reloading take several times. Sometimes you can not find the information requiring customers and people often gets a little bit frustrated.
