Pros
- Broadvoice Bhive / Cloud PBX is a great, easy to use UC software application. It's easy for the customer and it's easy for the administrator and/or I.T. person to navigate through and use.
- Customer service is great. I always speak with friendly and helpful people every time we need help, especially [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] who is always prompt with us.
Cons
- We would not receive a response until 7:30p our time and, despite specific instructions to contact my cell, they would call the office and leave a message.
- I least like their customer service. The customer service reps usually have no idea how to fix the product and most times are downright rude.
Pros
- I like the Instant Meeting function the most. It is so easy to invite a colleague to join a meeting quickly, which really improves the efficiency.
- I was very happy with the customer service we received as we were deciding to upgrade our account, and I love that I can use it on my phone but also as an app on my computer.
Cons
- This could be very frustrating as some attendees are disruptive whether that is on purpose or not. This makes it very hard for some people to learn and to teach etc.
- I think we were so overwhelmed by the zoom at this bad time that there is nothing to worry about.
