Great Tool

PROS

We are super happy with our new Voip Service. It is a breath of fresh air when you receive a quote from Clickit Voip, there is no hidden fees, everything is straight forward and also 99% of what other competition claims as "add ons" is actually what you get bundled up into your own package with ClickVoip. It is crazy how this software can turn any location into your own office with ease and zero difficulty. They also sold us internet at a very competitive price too!

Life Savor

ClickitVoip proved to be a true LIFE SAVER. Due to the coivid-19 virus we were forced to implement a work from home strategy in just under a week. Our previous phone and conference solution being an on prem PBX would have been a huge headache to implement at home. Using ClickitVoip in this scramble drastically helped our company during this time! It was easy to learn, the training was quick and simple, and the support staff was always there to help. There is high consistency across their Desktop/Mobile/Chrome platforms along with having quality voice and video communication. Being a local Texas based company I felt at ease having them for our only point of communication, there really hasn't been one hiccup since installing. The other major benefit to this company is the scale ability! ClickitVoip has additional features such as Clickit Fax, Microsoft Teams, and internet services. I received quotes from the major Voip providers and all of them were unable to match to the pricing I received from ClickitVoip. This company has the features and reliable service of a large company and the pricing/customer service of a small company. ClickitVoip truly is unmatched by any other providers I have used!

So simple and great people to work with!

PROS

What I like most about the software is how easy it is to use. We setup our phone system within a couple of hours. We now have an auto attendant and can run reports plus listen in on calls to make sure our operations are running smoothly. And we can do it all from anywhere. Plus they ClickITVoip has a USA based customer service team that answers in under a minute.

CONS

I have yet to find a thing to complain about. I look forward to the new Zoom like video conferencing scheduling system that is coming out soon.

PROS

This company includes EVERYTHING! It was such a pain to get quotes from competitors, you think your getting a base price then by the end of the quote you add $100+ to everything... This company is so straight forward, you can have everything most companies label as "Executive" service but instead with ClickVoip its all INCLUDED! I love working with local based companies as well, you get a certain comfort and customer service alot of these mega voip companies cant offer.
