Customer's Canvas is a web-to-print solution that helps businesses of all sizes manage printing operations related to business documents, posters, labels, apparel designs, wall decorations and more. It comes with a WYSIWYG editor module, which lets end-users design products using unique ideas or pre-defined templates. I'm am glad that we chose the best web2print solution

PROS

Extremely professional. Our customers love to use it. It has very good developer documentation. Very helpful customer service and technical support. Frequent updates and new features. We could easily integrate it into our existing webshop system.

CONS

The plan we choose is a little more expensive, but this is not problem, very worth the price.

Reasons for switching to Customer's Canvas

Our previous web2print system was very outdated. It worked on Adobe Flash based, Flash support in browsers has been removed, it was difficult for customers.

we choose Customer's Canvass to replace an outdated web to print editor

After an extensive review process, we choose Customer's Canvass to replace an outdated web to print editor. Customer's Canvass stood above most of their competitors in the sales process mainly because of it's ease to use and feature set that our user's required and/or wanted. We've been with Customer's Canvass for two years now, and we just signed a contract for two more years. We really look forward to continuing our relationship with Aurigma and Customer's Canvass to better serve our client's web-to-print editing needs.

PROS

Customers Canvass has really the best feature set in web-to-print software and it's built in HMTL5

CONS

A bit development heavy upfront to get started.

Extremely buggy with poor customer support.

Worst customer support I've ever experienced. We're losing money daily because of them and are actively looking to replace their platform as soon as we can.

PROS

I like that it has a self-hosted solution so we can white label a product designer and then try and automate the printing process.

CONS

The program is extremely buggy and breaks constantly. Reaching out to support takes weeks before any resolution is found. You get the run around for weeks with "our developers are looking into it." We are experiencing an issue in production where 20 percent of all of our products fail to print. We're losing revenue and it's been over two weeks since we brought up the issue with them and their developers are "still looking into it."

Reason for choosing Customer's Canvas

It came highly recommend, though for the life of me I can't figure out why.

The experience is pleasure. My decision is also correct after research many web-to-print software providers.

PROS

Faster integration, the steps to integrate with our application is very easy. This save our engineers time a lot. Better support, if any question, we can study the documentation from CC website. We also can always log a case in CC and their engineers will reply very fast. Stable application, the application always upgrade to have better performance and more features to use. User friendly, I would said the web to print tool is very user friendly. It allow me hide those features which are not being use frequently and customize the layout.

CONS

Sometimes version upgrade might introduce some bugs. But what software does not have bug? Luckily Customer's Canvas team can fast response and fix it or provide workaround.

Great software but expensive

PROS

maybe I'm not the main target but I think aurigma have to reduce prize of the software because it's not the final product. young Business owner pay developper, server and website hosting and more...finally it's hard for new company

CONS

Floating item menu including more than image icon /text/edit. Bold options, colors , alignements options , font-size need to be inserted in the floating menu.

I choose Customer's canvas because it's the only one software I tried and it's will be a time lost to change.
