Full support for remote support.

With Myroom we connect HPE technical staff to our environment. It is very quick.

PROS

HPE Myroom connects you and your case support without any significant latency. It is easy to install and use it with only an email link sent by HPE staff.

CONS

Myroom's audio not work without earphone.

Somewhat outdated meeting tool

This was the legacy meeting tool in my prior company and allowed users in different physical locations to meet.

PROS

MyRoom allows users from different organizations or domains to speak together on a teleconference. Users can share their desktop, text chat, and speak.

CONS

No video support. Each meeting creates a new link which can requires users joining the call to download and run an executable before they are allowed in.
