Webit has been maintaining & servicing our website.

It's very intuitive and simple to navigate.

I would like it to be able to automatically have our submission form turned into a Google Form that will also populate a spreadsheet.

Never had any issues with Webit. Great system to build your online business.

I loved how easily it was for me to update pages on the site.

The Home and Landing Page was difficult if you do not know coding.

Needs a business calculator tool for taxes & bookkeeping

It’s a all in one for me because I have no secretary assistant, so I’m able to be a one man army.

No bookings or appointments can be made on this. On the manager site, it only tracks sales being made purchased through the website. Doesn’t give you options to track walk in sales. Adding descriptions and features & new topics is not easy. It’s alot of governors of what u can do & not do.

Good. They are always polite and helpful. I’d suggest it to anyone starting out.

We it is great. It is better than spending 5K to get the same thing. It definitely needs you to put some thought into what you want, but for me I needed a functional website quickly. So I had them make one and it works great.

Very basic design. But definitely worth the little they ask for to get started and maintain it.

The best thing about this software is the easy way it integrate with the pictures quality.

Easy and affordable, 2 words for any business owner. Love how i can manage my site, customers and invoice right from the dashboard. When I need changes I can do them myself or if it’s something I need added the support team always comes through in a minute! The information was quickly gathered and Built-in the template while talking with the webbit programmer. When needing changes they come quickly rabbit reaches out on a regular basis to make sure I don't need any additional help

Overall I really have no complaints about this software. During the covid issues often things felt a little sluggish. I'm confident that communication and information changes will happen timely moving forward

We have been with them for several years, almost as long as we have been open. They built us a great user friendly website and manage it for us. Service and support is always great. And they even reach out regularly to see how we can improve things.

I love the support we receive from them. They are quick to make our changes and adjustments. They call monthly to check on us and see if we need anything done to the site.

It can sometimes take a couple days or more for bigger updates, but that's not a huge obstacle or out of the ordinary.

This is very easy to use, the tech help is easy to get ahold of and fast to resolve any isses. Intergration was easy.

Not being able to choose the pictures that they use to first set up the site. I had to go back and delect images and repost new images.

Very little traffic to the site. Didn't add all the items I wanted to my site. No contact with me since the initial consult and the site went live. I was shown my website performance the other day and was told how poor it was

How do we get a better google ranking? The SEO needs to be more robust. I am learning it doesn’t make sense to have the site if it isn’t converting customers. It shouldn’t just be an expense. Customer service is great.

It gives us an online presence. It reads well to the site visitors.

It works well with the business. It isn’t converting visitors to take action. Getting lots of calls from other companies wanting us to switch our web service or selling us SEO services.

About nine months ago I closed the site with webit because I was relocating. That did not happen, so I contacted webit to see if they still had my sight in their archives and thankfully they did. So it took about five days before it was up and running which I feel was relatively soon.

I have seen a huge jump in perspective clients calling about my services. The increase in prospects has substantially increased my sales. Huge value for the cost of the website.

I have used Webit for over two years now and haven’t a single negative about the service.

Overall I am so happy with Webit! I wish we knew about them sooner. When they gave us their price we asked what the catch was because it was so cheap compared to anywhere else. When they sent us the "rough" copy of the layout we were blown away. We get a lot of compliments. We won't be going anywhere for a long time.

I love the way our website is set up and how easy it is to navigate. The back end for administers is easy to navigate and control.

I want to be able to change my prices, specials, and pictures. I want to be able to change things up with in 24 hours of the event. We have random things pop up and are for the day only. I'd love to be able to add those myself. I cannot post events on the site because I'm not sure when you will be able to post it.

Some of the integrations can’t be met yet with Webit but in time I’m sure they will.

I have been very happy with the service I am using them for my new business that I just started.

My favorite part is that it includes many different options like invoice and quotes along with online store and many other options and credit card processing

It would be great if they added a CRM and routing program and auto invoicing system.
