Best support and development

The time saving of monthly checks (scope has grown almost year to year in Healthcare) is significant. The run is kicked off at the beginning of the day and by the end of the day results returned . It is user friendly when it comes to doing individual new staff checks. It is also easy to remove vendors, staff , providers, when terminated from HR system. All can be accomplished same day.

PROS

Using SanctionCheck for federal and state exclusion reviews saves time and money. The tool is easy to use with minimal training. If additional support on training is needed the request is turned over within a day. Technical support is timely and thorough. We have had very little need for tech support over the years. the stability of the product is excellent. When there is any difficulty on a rule out, help is a call away. The product has grown with our needs. When the requirement for CMS Preclusion list became effective, SanctionCheck was available with a tool at a reasonable annual price. Clear reports

An upgrade resulted in a drop of one of the elements of SanctionCheck reviews. it was not identified by Compliance Line. As soon as we identified it, the fix was put in within one day

Easy to use, great support

Really great platform at an affordable price. You can't beat the customer service from the ComplianceLine team. Really top notch!

PROS

The platform is intuitive and easy to use. It returns results quickly and there's a handy link back to the sanction databases where the potential matches were found.

CONS

The tool isnt as pretty as some of the others out there but it gets the job done.
