Lack of training resources specially for power users point of view. That's where Microsoft is dominating the market now.

Its integration with MS sharepoint is great. You need to consider main product which you are going to use as basis.

Nintex Workflow easy to use, there are many options/features, the Nintex form also has great features.

Simplicity in form creation, particularly with new version and the ease of linking to SharePoint lists.

Very confusing and frustrating for a simple process.

This product is great for on premises SharePoint.

Documentation of form customization is weak. Some features do not work as anticipated.

Easy to use and understand. Great for using as visuals when trying to explain processes.

As a long time customer, we have been happy and successful with them.

Unfortunately, the high cost of a complex workflow license has means it's hard to justify for the low volume request processes... where Nintex seems to be the best fit.

We use Nintex within most of our SharePoint applications. The software provides a quick easy to maintain process automation for these applications.

Great workflow solution for PowerUsers and Developers.

Still depends on SharePoint. Nintex Workflow Cloud lack of basic form control (repeating section not available on NWC).

It is so well integrated with SharePoint. I have also been amazed at the willingness of Nintex product engineers to provide webinars, help and best practice advice.

Nintex repeating column should be used with json. Xml is too annoying and too heavy.

We did integrate a lot of processes into SharePoint. This was easy and very visable.

I used NINTEX integrated to MS Sharepoint and It allows us to automate some business processes very easy. Its integration with MS Sharepoint is great.

Poor, we had to spend several hours a day to find improvements, i think you should sell the license with formal training included.

The Set Items permissions is one of the best features.

Companies evaluate automation purely on price point, but they are unaware of the hidden costs PowerApps & Flow bring about.

The thing that I dislike Nintex most is their horrendous customer service.

Only used Promapp so the overall experience for that is very good.

I used it for ten years it is a great solution to easily automate the most complex proceses.

Nintex is generally a good tool. SharePoint with Nintex features seems even more attractive and satisfactory.

Zapier is a great platform for automating  tasks that before we would need to do by hand or that we would need to hire freelancers to come up with a solution that usually costs hundreds.

I love that its like Tetris in real life. And that it helps our team not have to do repetitive work.

The troubleshooting messages are not specific and can be difficult to understand. For example the zap will show an error but the message will not point to the specific area.

Zapier is wonderful because you can Integrate everything. If you can dream it, Zapier can do it.

It's super simple to connect services up to get notifications about when something happens. It also allows you to do fun things like use philips hue lightbulbs to alert you when something happens.
