Pros/Cons

Pros
Easy to use, user friendly interface and my clients enjoy the convenience of it. Also, I LOVE that it alerts my clients of upcoming appointments, which makes my life easier.
easy to set up and easy to use thereafter great usermanual aswell!

Cons
The interface is a bit clunky on the phone, but they are working on it. Other than that, I don't have any issues.
There is no APP for smartphones, though they do have a web-app that allows you to access info. This is okay, but would be quicker and easier if there was a full app to access the schedule.

Pros
I love this company, and the hands on customer service! No drama, only results! and great prices!
Great staff. Easy to talk to and excellent ideas for our site.

Cons
The website backend wasn't very easily customizable, but any edits requested were handled prompty by the Marketing360 team. I would prefer a bit more control, but overall a great experience.
l noticed the more you download onto your phone the app runs slow. Not sure why but other than that love it.
