Occassional loss of functionality with the maintenance console and autocad integration is glitchy.

I like the way Archibus integrates multiple applications such as space and move management, on demand work and asset management, all with the same interface and a single database.

Overall the experience with the product is good, it helps our staff easily manage and visualize many different aspects of the business.

The space console makes it simple to manage space and occupancy for chargebacks. Very easy to export reporting for various different functions.

It is very easy to use, it is flexible, it integrates with other programs.

Costs are high for this solution, but some expenses can be drastically reduced by purchasing a perpetual license and hosting the software on your own server.

Based on your role within the company you can get access to what you are responsible to do, with ease.

It will be very hard for management to use reports available for budgeting or scheduling unless we pay extra for each specially made report.

Enterprise Asset Management is a central standardized relational database that gives you control over every asset within your defined space. Everything in a space is an asset.

This is very nice easy to use interface for our company to put in Facilities/Maintenance/Real Estate planning requests.

Selecting just the modules you need is a great value creator. The Space Planning module is a great way to get a clear insight on the room data you have.

There is really a lot I like about Archibus. The way it can integrate with HR systems such as WorkDay and other ticketing systems like ServiceNow have proven to be invaluable.

Space planning, move management, preventative maintenance, and corrective requests are greatly solved at our organization.

Navigation was a little difficult to understand at first.

ESpace is helping solve double booking, and it is saving us money on utility.

Love all the different ways you can customize the program, Its great that it integrates with their other programs which saves valuable time. The program is straight forward that anyone can easily use.

I also really like the conversations feature, where everything is tracked and I can get questions resolved quickly.

It can be confusing for page visitors to navigate the website. The amount of tabs and drop down menus can make it difficult for them to find what they are looking for.

Sorting, downloading, and curating particular calendars that don't show EVERY event doesn't seem to be an option, which can be frustrating.

ESpace is sometimes difficult to use across a variety of different platforms and devices. Outdated devices will have trouble interfacing with it.

I love just about everything about the software, but my favorite thing is the easy to use interface along with the EXCELLENT customer support. Has been a great company to work for.

The transition from program to program is confusing. For example, going from adding an event back to the calendar page is challenging.

It can be hard to track activities once they are completed.
