  • Pros

  • I like the way Archibus integrates multiple applications such as space and move management, on demand work and asset management, all with the same interface and a single database.
  • The space console makes it simple to manage space and occupancy for chargebacks. Very easy to export reporting for various different functions.
  • Cons

  • Occassional loss of functionality with the maintenance console and autocad integration is glitchy.
  • It will be very hard for management to use reports available for budgeting or scheduling unless we pay extra for each specially made report.

  • Clean design, simple setup. This was our first step in taking the business from paper to a software with mobile capabilities.
  • It is very user friendly and the customer support has been very good.
  • Cons

  • It failed to do so & it completely altered our inventory, leaving our staff unable to invoice for over a week.
  • Customer Service is terrible. Every time we have an issue, they say they will take care of it and then something else goes wrong.
