  • Pros

  • I am very pleased with the software and it's capabilities. It would be nice to maybe have some videos on how to customize the screens.
  • Overall the system meets our needs and what we are trying to accomplish. I would like to see better reports so that I can "fine tune" my team and trends.
  • This software is very user friendly and fairly easy to navigate. It is a great improvement from our previous work order and inventory system.
  • Cons

  • Ability to put in meter readings is terribly painful. You cant add parts while in a workorder.
  • The inability to delete a work order is a minor nuisance; I work around it by "re-writing" the WO.
  • The connector tools seems to be broken. I have had several issue with this.

  • EMaint assisted our organization to gain improved structure and reliability of our maintenance data. They also have terrific support, account and training staff.
  • What I like the most about eMaint is not only great web-based application but best customer and technical support.
  • Customer service was great, onsite tech support was great. Now that we have the PM's entered we want to start tracking costs by asset number and rolling out new dashboards for real time information.
  • Cons

  • This software was implemented at our plant for the use of production and maintenance personal. The lack of customization for what each technician can see is disappointing.
  • The format of the WO print out is bad, especially the checklist section.
  • It is disappointing that eMaint cannot be integrated with our Infor XA program.
