  • Pros

  • Customizable for my environment, implementation support was very responsive and helpful. Integration with AD and Zendesk is great.
  • Love the scanning capability using a smart phone and the app. Filtering assets makes for quick and nice reports for inventory management.
  • Cons

  • The only negative is that the administrative options are not the easiest to navigate until you have experience using the system.
  • The lack of offline usability. We have some areas that do not have cell/wi-fi signal and it would be beneficial to add an offline component that can sync later when a connection is made.

  • The overall use is Friendly to use and very helpful.
  • It is easy for employees to request work orders through the web portal. Support has been quick to respond and done there best to help with out software issues.

  • Can be difficult to navigate if not familiar with all areas.
  • No way to do a custom report to get limited information instead of a large, long report.
