GUNNER is experiencing rapid growth, and it would be impossible to maintain this growth had we not made the decision to upgrade our systems to Deposco. This system has scaled flawlessly with our rapid growth, and we're confident Deposco will be the last WMS system we will ever need. We're fulling orders within 24-48 hours consistently and have more inventory controls in place than ever before. We're very happy with our relationship with Deposco. What truly sets Deposco apart is their customer experience teams, development teams, and their desire to genuinely solve operational roadblocks. One other thing I liked most about this software is the ability to work with their development team to create a semi-custom solution that exceeds expectations in terms of fulfillment automation and inventory control. Cons: This is a tough section to complete and here is why: Deposco really listens to their clients and receives feedback and critiques openly. Any issue we ran into—whether during the integration/roll-out, to a feature not functioning as expected, to automation issues—Deposco listened and worked diligently to address our concerns and resolve issues. I will say this: There is no issue that we've raised that was not address and resolved to our satisfaction by Deposco. I'm sure this software isn't going to perfect for everyone, but it has been a pleasure working with an organization who is passionate about their work and is equally inspired to help businesses solve operational challenges. Reasons for choosing Bright Suite When working with the ShipHero team, we quickly learned that their solution was an out-of-the-box solution that didn't allow for significant customization. As an e-commerce company, we also have some manufacturing and production transactions taking place prior and during order fulfillment. We realized that we would need a more custom-built solution to solve automation issues associated with our unique operating processes. The beauty behind Deposco is that is very robust and customizable to solve issues specific to our organization, without the exorbitant cost. We found ourselves in a unique position because we knew we needed an ERP-like warehouse management system, but we had a tight budget and needed flexibility in the design of the software. Deposco met this challenge, and exceeded our expectations. Reasons for switching to Bright Suite As our organization evolved, we piece-milled individual solutions to solve problems that would occur from simply growing as a business. We used Unleashed to raise purchase orders and manage inventory. ShipStation was used to create shipping labels and fulfill orders. Inventory Planner was used to forecast item demand over a proceeding 12-24 month period. As we continued to grow, it was clear that our operational piece-mill approach was no longer sufficient due to the inability to automate information flowing in and out of these systems. As a result, we investigated alternative solutions that lead us to Deposco. The Deposco solution has fully automated our fulfillment processes (pick, pack, ship/label creation). Deposco manages all inventory transactions (receiving, cycle counting, physical inventory counts, stock moves, transfers, etc.). In fact, because of Deposco and the exceptional team we've built, we achieved 99.7% inventory accuracy and 99.5% on time delivery YTD. Deposco feels modern and is easy to use which is important to keep the staff on process. Uptime is nearly 100%, and it's refreshing to see a software that just plain works these days.
