I love being able to filter all different kinds of work orders, add comments, and run reports for anything I need.

Sometimes the system lags when jumping from page to page.

It's very easy to use and gives you the ability to make any request you may need.

It is important to be an innovative company that is always taking advantage of the latest trends in technology.

Everything I need to do is accessible and easy to understand. The inclusion of a mobile app makes making reservations and submitting requests all the more convenient.

This year I'm having trouble even getting anyone to respond to my emails about our current issue (no guest arrival notifications for OVER 1 MONTH).

Most questions are resolved by a live person immediately. They are always willing and flexible to listen and look for a work around if the system can't currently do what we are asking for.

Once we had it set up - it has been a huge time saver for our management team. Customer Service has been outstanding as well.

As a company we believe Building Engines is an excellent tool to improve efficiency and transparency when it comes to showing tenants how productive we are.

Here's the problem: Customer service and care is greatly lacking. Every year at some point I stop receiving guest arrival notifications.

Once your request has been assigned there are no updates in-between when you submitted the request and when the contractor shows up.

Sometimes it can be a bit glitchy, but that is probably user error. I really don't have much to say that would be a negative.

We have been using this system throughout our portfolio for almost 8 years now. Their support staff has changed, but is always available and helpful with any questions/concerns we might experience.

It’s a great place for tenants to place work orders and make reservations for amenities, as well as for management to track leases, insurance, billing and correspond with tenants.

The ease of submitting work orders is great, and our building has set it up with a comprehensive category list.

User friendly operations, easy to follow instructions and access to needed information. Friendly professional deployment staff.

For a Global company like ours it's important to have a global view on the research labs activities in one tool.

First class customer support and professional services.

Despite the improvements, still mixed experience. Trust not fully restored after many problems.

I like that the system can be configured to meet specific business requirements and the user interface is easy to navigate.

It's a good tool to manage a complex program with a lot of projects and different stakeholders.

But need to say it was our request. As One2Team Project Manager and administrator I appreciate customisation level that the system provides plus, rapid service that I get from the company.

The lack of ad hoc end user reporting is a drawback and the reporting functionality available is limited and somewhat difficult to set up.

Overall- One2team has a first class customer support and a great professional services/cost ratio.

Interface = it has come a long way since our first use over 8 years ago, with a cool slideboard interface and Gant type planning ability.

One2Team is used to track project progress: request, planning, tracking and follow-up, cost and ressources.

Thanks to O2T, we are changing the way we address demands, we are helping our end users to be more specific and involved.

During the initial implementation phase, we were able to customize the tool to fit our specific program management needs. Slideboard views are really useful.

The IT problem on the critical way of clossing process. The saturday workflow process to work for employees.

I like its versatility, its ease of use and its friendly look for the final user.

Project portfolio management greatly facilitated thanks to O2T.

The planning function is very unsatisfactory. The functionnalities are too limited (no customisation of color, shape, ...)) and the vizualisation result is quite short of what our users are used to.

I can't say enough about how One2Team has impacted our PM team. We love the ease of use, integration with our business and how efficient it has made our project management.

About the ease of use, the main points are the integration with our compagny SSO, the slideboards (global overview on projects for manager or actions for employee) and the timesheet (ARM) module.

Customisation = the ability to shape the tool as you see fit (but some prefer to have best pratices).

Then I have to delete them. Not critical but some users are impatient.

A intuitive/configurable product but expensive if you extend to all your employees.

This software is easy to implement and  then to customize even if you do not have advanced skills in IT. You can grow with the solution and adapt it as you go.

Ressources management module very difficult to implement. Simple requests always seem very difficult to put in place, no agility & solution-oriented mindset.

One common, shared space: no reporting required, the information is shared in real time. One2Team's support team reactivity / Frequent product updates and new functionalities releases.

I believe that the team with whom I am working from O2T is engaged and motivated but above all very knowledgeable of the application and it's capacities.

A great tool for making people work together and centralize all you project management, and more.

In the dashboards, color coding is not optimal (if you have many items, the same color might be used twice).
