  • I love being able to filter all different kinds of work orders, add comments, and run reports for anything I need.
  • It's very easy to use and gives you the ability to make any request you may need.
  • Cons

  • We were sad that our account rep was switched though.
  • Sometimes the system lags when jumping from page to page.

  • For a Global company like ours it's important to have a global view on the research labs activities in one tool.
  • I like that the system can be configured to meet specific business requirements and the user interface is easy to navigate.
  • Cons

  • The lack of ad hoc end user reporting is a drawback and the reporting functionality available is limited and somewhat difficult to set up.
  • The planning function is very unsatisfactory. The functionnalities are too limited (no customisation of color, shape, ...)) and the vizualisation result is quite short of what our users are used to.
