  • Pros

  • The training was informative and the trainers were great at showing examples with our facilities, not just a mock up/sample facility. The functionality is great and very user friendly.
  • I do however have GREAT service from the phone and online chat feature. Those team members are quick to respond, ask for details to better understand and provide an accurate and effective result.
  • The outstanding customer service. And the fact that they have a spell check feature in their feedback.
  • Cons

  • Unreliable software filled with glitches and poor website formatting and management. Poor customer service filled with no answers but work arounds to the problems.
  • Our only complaint when compared with other software companies comes from the lack of phone support. They do have an emergency line but generally, correspondence is done through email.
  • A simple phone call to notify them of this will usually correct the problem within minutes or at the very least make them aware of it and get their tech department working on a fix for the problem.

  • It has been stable, and the customer service is excellent and friendly from the MyRec staff.
  • From start to finish line the service was outstanding. I felt like MyRec listened to our needs on what we wanted, and they delivered.
  • I love the public side of the system- I think it is very user friendly. We especially like the access to instructors to go electronic and not have to use paper for everything anymore.
  • Cons

  • A complaint we have from our constituents is that they are unable to re-set their password when they click the re-set password button.
  • Users always have trouble recovering their password. We get complaints that the website is "too confusing" and not user friendly.
  • I do not defend this company to the public at all. I constantly get negative feedback from the public and I have to turn into the IT person to fix it.
