Has become an integral business tool for our company
Very easy and quick set up. We get great support from the staff at Clearooms. It is very intuitive and easy to use for those administrating and using.
PROSClearooms was simple to set up and train our employees on. All the employees bought into it and manage it themselves now. We have had an office move and changed to a new floor plan which was very easy to change. I liked the cost per desk structure as a pose to cost per user. This seems more sensible pricing.
CONSThere isn't anything I don't like - clearooms is excellent
Reason for choosing Clearooms
Price structure and easy of use. Pricing done by desk not user. This make more sense as you can sometimes only have a few people working in the office.

Hi, part day bookings is available on the mobile app if its been enabled by your administrator. Just click on the "all day" toggle to off to allow the start and end time to be edited when booking. Regards, Clearooms.

The setup process was super easy and all of our users adopted clearooms with minimal instruction or direction from the IT team.
PROSSuper easy to use and deploy. It has been vital to us implementing our hot desking and flexible office working policies
CONSI would prefer more control over the frequency and type of reminder notifications to ensure our users do not forget to check into their booked desks

Clear Rooms for Meeting Room Scheduling
Cheap, cheerful, good support and it's so easy to get set up and for the consultant to use.
CONSCould do with ability to adjust how the system works, perhaps some additional white labelling but not too fussed about it.

Great product, great value
Excellent. Highly recommend. Can't really say too much negative about the company.

CONSNothing really. Even when I've pointed out bugs to the Clearooms team, they've fixed within a few hours or days.

Support has been great and the product is well designed and easy to use

CONSWould like to be able to notify certain people based on what department needs to be notified and had to create distribution groups instead

Does what it says on the tin... and MORE!
[SENSITIVE CONTENT] was brilliant from start to finish and since we launched and the necessary questions, we didn't need anymore help and if i do have a question, i know il get it answered very quick! The app and desktop version are stil working great as well :)
PROSIt is just so easy, I paid extra for the office design as just need a straight forward app that is what i got... training is 5 minutes, to book abd unbook desks is easy and we built it into our network so it is an automatic process...
CONSThere is nothing I didn't like - I didn't take advantage of the meeting room option as we have an add on with TEAMS and OUTLOOK.

Others that were considered were so expensive and this had a good price structure for what we needed :)

Easy to set up and effective desk management system
The software was incredibly easy to set up in the middle of the pandemic at short notice, and had easy-to use configurable options to ensure we could get our offices covid secure in a very short amount of time.
CONSInitially the mobile app felt a bit clunky and could be slow to load, but this has improved a lot recently.

A colleague had trialled it, recommended we gave it a go, we liked what we saw and it was at an attractive price point.

Innovative and subscription based facilities management software
Ease of use from an owner perspective and also a user. Set up and training is straight froward. Excellent customer service.
PROSFrom inquiring about this product to design, installing and implementation this was very straight forward and easy to set up and implement. This allows unique set up for each type of company and also covers H&S elements for use during the pandemic. This is also easily adaptable and can be changed to suit the requirements of the business. I also love the fact this is subscription based, you pay for what you use and can easily be cancelled, if needed. However, this product works extremely well and covers a lot of areas.
CONSNothing - I like it all and it is still evolving in it's developement.

Clearooms has been very useful in moving our office to a hybrid working enivronment.

I really liked that the floorplan was customisable and that [SENSITIVE CONTENT] helped so much on that. The software was really easily to implement and roll out to all employees
CONSThe inability to book spaces on 15 or 30 min slots. This is an issue raised by a lot of our employees

The sales process was so much better and the product did exactly what we needed to and not lots of extras. Lots of competitors on the market offer lots of different functions in their product that you then feel like you are paying for stuff you don't need.

Good - serves its purpose
PROSSuper quick and easy to book and check-in to our open desk policy through Clearooms
CONSThis form could do with improving... not all questions are relevant to me (or clear what is required of me) based on mm user type. E.g. I'm not the admin, so cannot comment on the price! There's no option to even say N/A.

Easy to use and ideal for flexible working
We started using clearooms post lockdowns when we started to move to a flexible working solution. It is a simple way to check when team members are likely to be in the office, and to book your work space.
CONSThere is nothing that I could personally improve here - its easy to use from a user point of view.

PROSI love Clearooms, its so easy and user friendly. I can see in advance who is in the office and if/when there is space long before I am due. Fantastic product throughout the pandemic and just as useful today

Simple and easy to use
Works well with an SSO so no need for passwords etc and the app is good too. never had any problems with it
PROSEasy to book a desk in a hot-desking office
CONSCan't go back in time to see who was sitting on the desk on previous days
