Everything is very easy to set up, to use, and to train our techs to use. We use the QR code feature in parts management regularly and it is well received. Overall, it is exactly what we need and no more, which is good because it is generally uncomplicated. #### Cons Not a whole lot I'd change. Hard to find a con when everyone tries so hard to make your product successful. #### Reasons for switching to Click Maint CMMS Hippo CMMS was sunsetting and Manager Plus, also known as Eptura Asset, was taking its place. After a full year fo working with them to figure out how to integrate our ERP system, they finally informed us this would be impossible. With only 6 months left to find, configure, create, train, and implement before the loss of our current product Click Maint stepped in to save us from a scary situation. #### Vendor response Thank you so much for the thoughtful review. After a couple training sessions, each team was using the program effectively. KPI and reporting features are very useful when tracking deliverables on preventative maintenance and work orders. The facilities technicians can easily track equipment maintenance records and our admin staff can easily navigate the browser UI. The pricing model brings value to our use case and ROI is positive. #### Cons We are still looking to possibly integrate some type of API. Our teams would like to be able to use some type of "form" interface in daily occurring PM's. The layout is straightforward, and learning the system is so simple that even someone 100 years old could use it. Another plus is that it costs close to nothing for my company across three different plants, especially compared to competitors. #### Cons Customization is still lacking, but they’re adding new features every month. Because of that, I’m guessing that over the next couple of years, anything that’s even slightly annoying will get addressed and fixed. #### Reasons for choosing Click Maint CMMS Pricing was not even close. The folks like Mel and Genesis were very receptive to our input and needs. Also the UI was easy to navigate, even for folks who have had minimal interactions with CMMS software. #### Cons For me there wasn't much to dislike. One option I have requested was a documents section. For things like warranty paperwork or inspection reports I have been using a work around of attaching them directly to the assets, or the PM's themselves. #### Reasons for switching to Click Maint CMMS Cost was a driving factor.
