Pros
- The support is fantastic. Sensitive content hidden] does a great job explaining things when I need help.
- We are still in the implementation phase so we are still learning the software ourselves, but other than that it has been super helpful with organization so far.
- The staff at Click Maint are available to answer any of our questions promptly. We are very happy with the service and highly recommend it.
Cons
- Printing work order does need some attention. I am in a rural area and cell service is horrible.
- The mobile app is missing some of the features that are on the web version.
- No real complaints except for the online/ offline issue.
Pros
- We have been using Manwinwin for several years; it is an easy to use and reliable software which helps us controlling all kind of equipments and machineries in our plant.
- This software is very good quality and easy to use and has a free trial version so you can test the operation of the software.
- Anouther important fact is that every users are satisfacted wtih this new tool and pleased with the expectation of evolve in their use. Good Support by the Manwinwin Team and by Helpdesk.
Cons
- It is so difficult to update daily cause of software operation. For smooth operations, we have to take training on this software otherwise we will loose the manhour.
- As with all software, if there is no continuous use, we can easily forget all the many facilities and tools available.
- Closed work orders disappear and can't be accessed for reference again.
