The user documentation is very descriptive and most issues can be resolved just by reading through the guides #### Cons Theres been a fairly consistent issue with jobs being delivered late to mobile devices. Adjustments to the system have been quite slow at being implemented. Suspect designed to push toward paid sessions/MRI Support. Greater customer knowledge of integrated functionality would result in increased use, potential for extra Module adoption due to data centralisation. Existing functionality being tied to optional Modules; Instruction Set Schedules & Regimes being tied to adoption of SFG20 iQ Module. One of the things I like most is how flexible it is. You can tailor it to fit your processes rather than having to change how you work to suit the system. That makes a big difference day to day. The asset management and planned maintenance features are strong too. It’s easy to track what you’ve got, what needs doing, and what’s been done, which helps with both planning and staying compliant. Overall, it’s a reliable, well-rounded system that works really well once it’s set up properly. #### Cons Despite being highly configurable, the setup can sometimes feel quite drawn out.
