Energis solved our energy and IAQ visualisation problems
Very reliable. Many usefull dataconnectors. Fast responding supportteam.
PROSEasy to use, very good support, suitable for Energy and indoor air quality. Good visualisation possibilities, flexible dashboards,IPMVP reporting, alerts, reports,.....
CONSActually nothing. It took a while to get the structure, but it works pretty logically.

Review of Energis
Overall very extensive software with a lot of tools and views. Some simple, easy to use tools on a daily base would be a nice to have.
PROSThe features are very extensive, a lot of analytical tools and nice dashboards to get an overview for multi-site management.
CONSBecause of the focus on analytical tools it is sometimes hard for daily easy browsing trough data. Easy browsing to simple graphs and transformations without the need to set up anything would be nice as energy manager.
Reasons for switching to Energis.Cloud
Regional reasons and the ease to implement different data sources.

Company policy made us switch and also functionality wise we were limited with DEXMA. Also some false promises were made on DEXMA's side.

Energis.Cloud succeeded to make a nice overview of several years of energy data. This was very usefull to give more information to the higher management to show the savings that have been made. Also the correlation between prices and energy consumption.
PROSEnergis.Cloud makes it possible to compare data from different measurement of devices of different brands. So you can make correlation between different data systems. Energis is also good in making reports and alerting when abnormalities are being found.
CONSYou cannot use Energis.Cloud without having a training session. So it take some time to get started to use Energis.Cloud. But the given training sessions are good to get started with Energis.Cloud.
Reason for choosing Energis.Cloud
We did not chose Energis.Cloud over other alternative products. For us as an college, it is important to use a lot of different tools and applications, so we can educate our students with all the several tools that are excisting. Energis.Cloud is one of those tools that makes it possible for our students to use a good energy management system that fulfill different tasks (aggregation of datasets of different meters, make reports,...) that they need in their educational format and later on can use with their future employer.

Greatly versatile and adaptable to all energy monitoring needs
We have implemented water leakage supervision with alerts that send out emails, planning to generalise to gas and electricity as well.As an energy manager I find this tool perfectly adapted to the need I encountered. I've encountered resistance towards the platform from people that expect to understand it instantly and instinctively. I don't think this can be achieved and at the same time keep the level of complexity we require as energy managers.
PROSIt's capability ranges from data modeling to alerting on complex conditions, from complex dashboards to email sending.It's built so that you can make the data structure fit to your needs and at the same time built to not have to repeat the same operation multiple timesAbsolutely great customer support!
CONSNot really a con, it's just the way it's built. The tool can be seen as complex to begin with, there's quite a lot of concepts to master before understanding the whole. I'd say it requires an "expert" in the team for handling.No capability of sharing dashboards(templates) outside the platform.
