I've encountered resistance towards the platform from people that expect to understand it instantly and instinctively. I don't think this can be achieved and at the same time keep the level of complexity we require as energy managers. Cons: Not really a con, it's just the way it's built. The tool can be seen as complex to begin with, there's quite a lot of concepts to master before understanding the whole. I'd say it requires an "expert" in the team for handling.No capability of sharing dashboards(templates) outside the platform. Cons: Two immediate changes I'd suggest is to have a day/night option & to give an occupant (view-only) user slightly more flexibility in what it can see/changes it can make etc. An example would be for a view-only user to changes time intervals for Dashboard views.
