Accounts receivable will not recognize that I am no longer a subscriber and keeps billing me even though I do not receive email links to the product I used. Now they threaten "action" for non-payment. I have a long email thread with them in which I make it clear that I did not authorize a subscription renewal and will not pay for services not received.
