Pros
Easy to use, great user interface, easy product managment
BEST CUSTOMER SUPPORT. Easy to use and very helpful. Made our lives much simpler.

Cons
A little slow to find your inventory at first but when you get used to using it really is easy.
The phone app feels a little clunky, but its completely usable.

Pros
Its pretty easy to use and intuitive. A plethora of features we have not even explored for use at this time. Easy and automated reporting is great.
Very easy to use and navigate through. Service and support are readily available and extremely pleasant to deal with.

Cons
If i have to manufacture a negative, it would be getting used to the navigation. Once you get it though it is pretty easy.
The assigning parts to equipment could be better organized. It's not a dislike, it's more of a wish. I wish there was a better (hierarchy) way to organize the parts in the parts data base.
