Unfortunately, Facilitron doesn't manage the onsite event staff, that is the responsibility of the facility owner/operator. But we are here to help. If the facility operator's event staff does not show up, you can call our 800# and we can contact the facility operator on your behalf and sometimes problem solve other issues. You may also reach out to the contact listed on your permit which we could help you with if you didn't bring along your permit. Meanwhile, if you'll reach out to us, we can assist with getting a refund and perhaps find out where the confusion was with the event staff at the school. I hope this helps. This lets everyone get their requests in and for all to see where in the process it is and that there are no hidden agendas. Cons: When scrolling from month to month when you change the site or room it takes you all the way back to your current month. It is so nice to be able to view all district sites at once and then use the filters on the calendar to see specific sites and venues. We can still upload documentation sent to us from additional vendors for an event which is fantastic, but it would be nice to have one place for all vendors to go. Hoping that this can be an addition in the future. Reasons for choosing Facilitron Facilitron stood out from the rest.
