  • Pros

  • Simplicity and ease of use are the best features. I also appreciate the quick feedback that confirms submission of an entry.
  • Very easy to setup, easy to use without much training, and excellent customer support. No user account limitation.
  • Cons

  • Sometimes there is a delay in the drop down fields but that may be just network issues rather than the software.
  • Inspections do not auto create work orders for failed inspections.

  • What I like most it is that is a user friendly software and that provides you with helpful information.
  • Questions are answered promptly, and the team is happy to jump on a call as needed to help out. They have even added some great new features we requested.
  • Cons

  • It's very hard to found anything which I don't like.
  • The automated reporting feature is geared toward metered points that provide regular demand data.
