What makes this product appealing is its simplicity, and ability to bring together all the disparate ticketing queues into a single product, while still maintaining separation of those queues.

If you are looking for something beyond an tool for running operationally, this may struggle.

I love the reports and the easy of use. Active Directory integration has made it do dimple for our users to enter tickets.

Since this system has no been implemented quite yet, I do not have a comment about what to imporive  in regards to my role.

FMX appeared to be easy to use and it provided a lot of flexibility with being able to customize fields in any part of the system. Not to mention that all the modules are included in one price.

We recently added the ability to manage our vehicles and equipment which is very nice.

I have very little negatives to say about this product. The only downside was implementation.

The web based program is good and user friendly.

It's nice to be able to tell a client how much inventory they have in stock to the individual piece before they come in for production.
