Of specific important, parcel and topographic data along with flood/wetland and transportation infrastructure is of critical use. Cons: No specific shortcomings come to mind that are critical. Sometimes the lack of flexibility/customization is frustrating but honestly that is the tradeoff that comes with the benefit of having you assemble and manage all of the data - for which I am totally ok with.
