Searching for specific items can be a bit confusing. While the search features are all there, getting to the end result can be a challenge.

The software is exceptionally beneficial, especially to a small development shop such as ours. This platform gives us the tools to be nimble and competitive by identifying quality off-market prospects even in tight markets. We are truly better at what we do thanks to geothinQ!

The user operability of the software allows us to quickly evaluate properties from a desktop level, allowing us to sort through prospects quickly and concisely to evaluate the best deals that suit our development program.

The ownerships are not always current in the software which does require a check against property records within each jurisdiction. However, I assume that this is due to reporting by those individual jurisictions.

The value in geothinQ is the assembly and management of multiple data sources in a single product. Of specific important, parcel and topographic data along with flood/wetland and transportation infrastructure is of critical use.

No specific shortcomings come to mind that are critical. Sometimes the lack of flexibility/customization is frustrating but honestly that is the tradeoff that comes with the benefit of having you assemble and manage all of the data - for which I am totally ok with.
