Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • It was extremely easy to implement and hit the ground running with minimal training. We love it!

  • I like the simplicity and ease of use. It takes no time at all to learn it, and it is easily adaptable. Customer service rocks!

  • Cons

  • The time it takes to have a new employee trained up to the administrator level can be tedious, however its worth it, to have another capable hands on deck makes the job a lot more efficient

  • There are a lot of functions and options that you need to narrow down and tweak before it starts to click, at least that's how it was for me.

  • Pros

  • Easy to use and gives us what we need. The information is all in one place

  • The system is straight forward, easy to understand not overly complicated get the results you're looking for.

  • Cons

  • The only caveat it's difficult on mobile devices but it is being addressed.

  • We've run into some discrepancies on the back-end at times, but anytime we point it out, it is quickly taken care of.
