Most issues I have had Ashcom has fixed. Other problems have been how we use it not the software.

Easy to use and a very helpful service support.

My experience with inventory has shown that any problems are usually with the user not with the software. Be consistent and through with how you enter information, this will pay off in the long run.

I love the ease of use, but there are a lot of functions that I would like to have. Attachments on the tools screen.

The receivers are for some odd size paper and are laid out in a way that wastes a lot of paper. Each time we print one we have to take extra steps so it will print in a usable/readable manner.

We absolutely love the software and customer support. The software has amazing features that really make doing my job easy.

I have had trouble with the software functioning properly from the start.

Hands down purchasing Maintimizer has been one of the best decisions we have made in software over the last 10 years. The ASHCOM support staff  are great to work with.

Purchase orders are also laid out poorly and waste paper, why print one page when you can print three, right. Does Ashcom own stock in a paper company.

Our experience with the software has been fantastic, a lot of that was because of the training we received and the support we got from MaintiMizer during the start up and in the first month of use.

It can give you a lot of information and do many things. You do get a lot here and the reports generated have gotten much better.

Since we stopped doing work orders except for PMs. There are some things that it's won't do but maybe on the next version or update they may be included but nothing major.

We had the trainer come on site for several days and he worked with all of the users to get them comfortable with the software. This resulted in acceptance by everyone.

This software does what most people require from a CMMS system at a reasonable price. Service and communication from Ashcom are excellent.

It is so complex that someone evaluating it would have trouble unless there was someone who was familiar with it already.

Overall experience is good, worth the money paid for it.

It's nice you can put your equipment in and set up a schedule to automatically generate PM paperwork. I like that you can save SOPs to use for similar equipment.

Very usable for our needs at an affordable price. I like that we can use just the PM portion without having to populate the rest of the system.

New queries are difficult to handle but they can be defined by the user.

It's very easy to track how much time/money is spent on an asset to complete cost benefit analysis and figure out what we should fix and what we should replace.

Many useful features but $$ for training will be necessary.

If a person leaves the organization you are stuck with their records permanently. The same thing applies to machinery.

Ability to maintain a history, run reports, create inventory parts lists and locations, create a good Preventive Maintenance program.

Having to click through 8 different pages to navigate a PM or a WO doesn't really make much sense as there are a lot of systems where this is contained on one page. Very difficult to navigate through.

It can be difficult to find some of the fields when you need to add something. There are issues with picking dates from the calendar.

It has been good, very helpful when I call and need help, training has been great.

I used it to make diagrams for my research and I was quite happy with the dedicated features to create diagrams of your choice with ease.

How easy is to made a flow chart or a diagram in a modern way. Is really easy to use and have a good integration with other programs.

I have used this software almost 6 years and found very useful in drafting/drawing anything you would like to. It is super easy to use and the features and tools are exceptional.

If you want to impress management with your ideas mapped out in a visio workflow use this tool. It impresses every time.

I always struggle with arrows connecting two shapes. It is unpredictable where the arrow snaps to as is can be random at times which makes it difficult to snap in the exact place you need it to.

This also demonstrates the seamless integration that Visio has with other Microsoft software which is a huge advantage.

Visio is the perfect tool for you to create flowcharts. It is easy tonuse, intuitive and works perfectly integrated to the Ms Office package.

Good product but the customer service.could be friendlier.

I was unable to move parts of the flow diagram without distorting the entire diagram. I was able to learn with few trials and errors.

I hate how it is so hard to move thing around, resize thing and overall the manipulation of the software.

Price point for a near full drafting like program is nice. Has tons of features that are very competitive to other similar products.

I like the integration with Office 365, this is an obvious advantage if you're already into the Microsoft's ecosystem.

I am usually not very good with these type of programs, but I find Microsoft vision very easy and intuitive to use. It is very helpful in creating flowchart and layouts very quickly.

The ability to import DWG files is one of the great advantages of this software for professionals. In view of its great features I never chose to use another similar program.

I like most of the features that Visio offers. I do think that more can be added and help the users navigate better.

In terms of features, this is the best software for flowcharting you can have. The software is great for complex flows.

I am happy with overall performance with Visio as it allows and help me to have best prepare best presentation for senior management meetings.

The only downside (and really a struggle to pick one) would be the initial cost.

The software has many characteristics that allow you to fulfill whatever task you have and it can be very helpful for you.

It is really user friendly. It looks great, people can work on processes improvement and implementation, and change things as many times as it is needed.

The only bad thing I have been seen in this software which is file size limit , if it exceed limit it will reject and you will work from scratch a.

Easy for beginner, clean and nice drawing, flow diagram is nice, intergrated with MS WORDS software and the suite.

Further improvements should be made visually. Other than that, there is no other negative aspect about program.

Has many stencils for networking, it has a strong developers user community.

Best flowchart management by miles away. It has been used by the organisation for years and never fails to amaze with extremely good performance and incredible customer service.
