ML Work Orders Does It All
Two words " completely satisfied " !
PROSML Work Orders makes it simple to see what critical and high priority work orders should be scheduled first. It also allows you to track time management per work order incident. Also allows multiple employees to note and update progress on critical work orders allowing an up to date status of your work order. With ML Work Orders you can schedule and assign preventative maintenance. This software is user friendly and easy to learn. I have found this software to be essential to the maintenance of my building. As a supervisor, I highly recommend this product .
CONSJudging from the last system we were using I see no issues that need improving at this time.

PROSUser friendly!! Easy to navigate through the system.
CONSi love this software and wish we had changed a long time ago.

Being able to rate the work order is helpful. I am also able to request in comments to notify me of when someone will be by to fix the problem. If fixed after hours I will get a work completion notification - this is helpful.
CONSNot always able to choose the correct item request in the drop-down menus. Too generic. However - this is an easy fix in the comment box.

Easy Way for Educators to Reach Out to Custodial Staff
I know that my requests are being considered faster and being completed sooner than previously. I like having a record of requests and completions. I appreciate how multiple staff complete work, it seems like a team approach to maintenance so all does not fall on the head custodian in a building.
PROSSign in using Google is so easy and putting in specifics (room #, issue, type of maintenance needed) I think has made my requests get taken care of sooner than previously. Like seeing my history of work order submissions and completions so I am not replicating requests and I also know how long a request has been submitted. It is great to not have to catch busy custodial staff by chance to discuss maintenance issues. The requests are viewed by the district's custodial staff so work requests are completed by multiple staff members, which is so appreciated!
CONSI do not have any issues using this software.
