MYBOS Frustrates me it always takes 3 steps to update or enter anything that should be completed in 1 or 2 steps.

Very impressed with the ease of dealing with the software. I had minimal training due to extenuating but within 3 months I feel that I am fully conversant with its ability.

The Best Building Management Software On The Market.

Much information (Rules, forms) all lost in upgrade. Dashboard of little use generally not happy with updated version.

The user interface is quite attractive and easy to navigate. The pricing is also very reasonable and with its straightforward way of doing things, you save a lot of time, money and effort.

Broadcasting is very effective and save a lot of notices and emails.

Work Orders cannot be  found by searching contractors name for all SP Numbers. Inability to auto load contractors to all SPs at same time or edit Contractor Details.

Service prompts and capturing data to keep inline with warranties. Customer support team is brilliant and very prompt.

Ease of use, nice layout and training for building managers.

Very happy with the system and it has made the issues much easier for my staff.

No more scrolling through excel spreadsheets and wasting time.

Perching is old history is very very difficult.

Superior Customer Support. Inexpensive as compared to other CMMS.

The reporting features are my second favorite feature, because the customer is support is amazing. I am not talking about work around and duct tape.

Depending on how it's accessed (whether you have direct web access or have have to go through your companies server) there is occasional lag.

I find them to be the very best in customer support and respond quickly to your needs. They still treat each customer with individual care.

Help Requests in our district. It is easy to use and is very affordable.

Any software package we choose would have to be easy to use, easy to set up, and most importantly be reliable.

No bid deal because I can delete the totals line before I Power Query the report into my analysis.

Q Ware CMMS has been a very easy program to integrate throughout the various departments in the school districts. The program itself is user friendly and the customer service has been outstanding.

So too has that of our users. The customer support is very good, prompt, and always take care of any requests.

Have all of your assets ready. The company will take those assets and integrate them for you.

The teaching and support staff love the feedback, and I have a much better accountability of my maintenance staff; the jobs they do; and the time it takes to complete those tasks.

Q Ware also has the ability for system inventory per building, a very handy feature to keep everything in one place. Q Ware does not need to, but is capable of being fully electronic and paperless.

I am very happy with Q Ware CMMS. It is an easy to use system.

Before Q Ware CMMS, I would be stopped in the hall every 10 feet. Someone would have a crisis that needed immediate attention.

Easy to use even for people who struggle with using computers.

I will also say that customer support is rock solid. They always get back to me right away and most of the time the figure out the issue pretty quickly.

This system has made the day to day operations more efficient and we have found the inventory tracking  has been a huge asset in regards to tracking and reordering with the reorder threshold.

It also offers an integrated inventory tracking system which makes keeping track of custodial supplies, lamp orders, copier paper easy to manage and easy to estimate quantities for bid.

The learning curve was easy and quick. We receive great support, and the program has been adapted to fit any special needs we have.

The product does what it is supposed to do and the support is very good. QWare provides excellent value for our investment.

Now, I ask if they have entered the problem into Q Ware CMMS. I reassure them that someone will get to it as soon as possible.
