Since they have a large portfolio, some of the metrics are not applicable to us, but that's easy enough to mark as not reported for our entity. Getting support when we need it has been easy and the Novata team is very easy to work with. Overall, it's been a very positive experience and I'm happy with the product. I like that we can have multiple people working on the ESG questionnaire at the same time collaboratively. Cons: Novata is new and still creating functionality and feature requests. Some features are less intuitive than they could be--I'd love the system to auto-save as you click through the different metrics. Right now you must hit the save button before hitting next or it doesn't record your answers.
