Easy to configure, create forms, create users, create roles, give access, feeding data, API
Signing up the member without using paper form. That avoid the data re-entry.
PROSI have been supporting the ProntoForms Application from 4 years. All features are very easy to use and manage. All features are very effective. Users iPad might have different forms. Even a forms that has 7 pages, no issue at all. I worked on API to push data for the forms into iPad. Users submit the records and will back to the server to automatic feed into database. Customize whole cycle was great and success. Creating Users, Creating roles, security access, creating form space and forms are very easy. All features to create form are there. Customize forms can be create easily.
CONSAs a software engineer, I don't see any cons on this application. But I see that a user can use either iPad or iPhone. One user cannot use both. If user want to use both there will be two license and two user. If a user can use at least two devices from same license and same user name that will great.

Revolutionary and reliable
Personnel at my company who use this tool have provided positive feedback regarding ease of use, attractive design and its automation capabilities. I personally am impressed with its Recordkeeping capabilities as it helps ensure our legal requirements are met, and our records help substantiate this.ProntoForms is easy to use and customize. It works well on desktop and mobile devices. There is an opportunity to experience the product first hand via Free Trial. The cost, in my view, is relatively inexpensive, when compared to other similar products. My overall experience has been 100% positive.
PROSThe most impactful features in ProntoForms are its document management and OSHA Recordkeeping. Documents can be created in various file formats i.e. Microsoft Word, PDF, HTML, JSON, CSV, XML. Documents can also be copied or moved with its data sets. It can also be linked to other versions for ease of reference. There are beautifully designed templates that are modern, realistic to business needs and effective risk management. These templates can easily be customized and branded to meet the company's needs. The interface is also easy to navigate and requires little time to learn how to use the product. OSHA Recordkeeping is a valuable feature that is often overlooked. It protects my company from being susceptible to fines and legal/regulatory breaches. My records are securely stored and easily retrievable.
CONSThere are no features that I have encountered to date that did not meet my expectations. I think that this is a cost effective and reliable tool to gather data, analyze data and manage/store records.

Many better solutions on the market
Support is awful, and the product is clunky and requires work-arounds. There are MUCH better solutions on the market. The problem for us was that you have to spend a lot of time figuring work-arounds by the time you have put so much time into making it do what you want you are too far down the rabbit hole to back out once you find out that it is not such a great "solution" that requires babysitting and overhead. Do not sign a contract until they prove it does what you need seamlessly otherwise you will be disappointed. They will tell you what you want to get you to sign and then fall short. Make them build you a demo first, otherwise your in the woods.
PROSThe promises the sales team made. It was going to require little management overhead.
CONSThe promises that they could not deliver.

Phenomenal Account Management and Tech Support
Absolutely phenomenal. I have no complaints and credit [sensitive content hidden] especially for their amazing support, patience, kindness and sense of humor with working with me as I am new to the application administration.
PROSMy comment is not so much on the software itself, as I am the administrator and not the user, but the account management and tech support team are the most proactive I have ever worked with in my life and I would suggest any potential customer to a company that has that kind of attention and personal skills to maintain relationships and fix issues first hand.
CONSNothing I can think of, I just personally wished I took more advantage of their training sessions and could fix most issues myself.

The tool has allowed me to eliminate paper processes and increase my efficiency in the field, which has led to increased productivity and time savings. PROSwhat I liked the most about this platform is its ease of use and the customization capacity it offers. Being a no-code tool, I was able to create and tailor forms specifically for my needs quickly and easily, without having to rely on a team of developers.
CONSThis is a very useful and easy to use tool, there are certain aspects that could be improved. In my experience as a user, I sometimes found that the navigation on the platform could be a bit confusing, especially at first. I also would have liked more customization options when it came to the appearance of the forms, as I sometimes felt they were a bit drab.

The perfect replacement of paper forms
Huge time saver in comparison to paper forms. Easy and fast data entry for all employees of the company and ability to automate certain tasks and forms builds. Possibility to easy copy and paste data from forms to use them in other company's tasks without the need of retyping.
CONSSome time and computer literacy is required to get familiar with the advanced features but when you manage it you have a really powerful tool in your hands.

ProntoForms makes workflow a snap
Overall, ProntoForms does a very good job helping automate our workflow, but it is a bit costly for the amount we use it.
PROSProntoForms helped us to standardize our new hire/termination workflow, ensuring that required data is entered and delivered to the correct staff.
CONSThey need an easier way to have forms sent using the email address of the user filling out the form.

Intelligent Invoicing Made Easy- Pronto Forms Mobile- Forms
Our company was using a paper based 3 copy invoicing system 3 years ago and our new owner started out looking to reduce this labour & time consuming process at the end of every monthly billing cycle in the office. We did our research and found Pronto Forms seemed like a good match for getting the job done. The mobile application also allowed us to equip our Service Technicians out in the field with a mobile device to process invoices on the spot. This brought multiple effiencies and time consuming cuts to their work day as well. They were able to process invoices on the spot , obtaining the custmer approval signature and adding as many comments as necessary to alert inside office staff or customer management of a potential issue or condition. Not only are we working more efficiently, but we have reduced some of the added pressure and amount of time the Service Technicians in the field were spending on administration. The Pronto Forms Development Staff and the Technical Support Staff are easily accessible and respond with solutions in a timely matter. They are easy to work with and bring information to us in a non technical manner, that we who may not be at the same technical level of knowledge, understand. We continue to work with the Pronto Team to develop and implement custom forms as our business expands, and we offer additional services to newly acquired customer demographics. We have had great results thus far with Pronto Forms and as we continuing to expand our business will look to their knowledge and expertise for the custom form fit.

CONSDifficulty in accessing the actual raw data files after 45 days.

Exceptional Features, Value, Service
Form the very start, the ProntoForms people and their forms & service have been exceptional. My custom form processes, for entry & approval were addressed by the ProntoForms developers under the guidance of an wonderful Project Manager. They listed carefully and created an APP environment to meet the demanding needs of the salesforce. we covered every aspect, process steps, details on the screen, best formats, folders, data flow, yes, we covered everything.. The account management group was always there to provide support and consultation too. Our ProntoForm form is successfully operating after two years in production - still going strong. A true measure of success- satisfied salespeople.. that's a great accomplishment! The PronotForms support team is one of the best that I've ever experienced.. Timely, practical accurate responses and solutions, even going the extra mile to provide creative options when I have exceptions! Every member of ProntoForms team is personable, dedicated, and focused.. Ask me about value?.. This has saved us thousands of dollars in return trips plus charges for damaged product that we had noted to be okay with pictures as back up.
PROSThe most valuable asset of Pronto is how easy it is for the user to use plus how easy it is to track compliance
CONSThe largest disadvantage is the actual form building which you need to take multiple courses and or pay a programmer to do.

ProntoForms Helps Us Not Miss What is Going on in the Field
ProntoForms just works and once it's set up you really don't have to do much.
PROSThe best feature is the ease of use. We need to keep accurate records in the field and send info to our back office. This software does both easily and it is very customizable.
CONSIt would be nice to integrate it into our accounting program, but we have not found an easy solution for this yet.
Reasons for switching to ProntoForms
We needed a mobile solution that would work on the iPad and the mobile phone. ProntoForms had the best layout.

ProntoForms time saver!
Paperwork used to be a huge issue getting it to our shop weekly for billing and payroll. Now with ProntoForms we save time with forms instantly getting to the shop once complete. It has helped with workflow at our office as well as saved money in fuel cost driving paperwork to our office.
PROSEasily submit paperwork from the field and get the information we need to both our office and customers.
CONSRefresh does not always work as it should, paperwork gets "hung up" in the sent and does not get submitted on time without the user having to reconcile.

Cutting Edge
We were in with ProntoForms from the very beginning with AT&T and we saw right away it was something our workforce could utilize to become more efficient in project reporting. Even the superintendents who are not tech savvy were able to use and transmit the forms easily.
CONSThere are glitches sometimes, but that's to be expected. Customer service is awesome and they are right on any issues as they are reported.

Auto-populating an internal form previously hand-written including form totals. Populating a regulatory ministry forms for product testing.
PROSntuitive configuration and helpful support. A major upside is automatically populating the data entered in the ProntoForms app into the company database.
CONSWorking through customizing the output. I would prefer a user controled output design option.
