Something missing when I need to send some report to my customer. When I need to show some vehicle trip to a customer, it is very difficult (like impossible), I need to send a bunch of excel files and print screen.

Smart Fleet Management has been reliable and has been able to withstand the test of time with its day to day functionality update and exceptional product features. One of the main hold backs I have experienced with smart fleet management is the general customer service and referral videos and tutorials for the most important features like the Dallas key and button (Driver ID) integration with the K2 Superior unit. In this side of Africa, it has been on high demand by the telecommunication companies but due to restricted product tuition or training and improper documentation, we are losing customers every single day.

From my point of view it is user friendly

The software from the point of view of a software developer or a programmer might be quite awesome, but from the lay man's point of view, its considered complicated. Also, sometimes pulling reports on webZON causes one report to reappear consistently even if you change the report to run.

What i liked most about this software was the fact that it can indicate fuel stock in the truck , any remove of fuel from truck.

1.The route geofencing should be made better. 2.The bugs should be fixed, e.g the system keeps on shutting down on its own.So one is forced to relogin into the system. 3. The reports duration for 3 months is not user friendly

Very good because one can generate reports instantly, the system is easy to use, and affordable.

The is soft ware enabled UNICEF to cut Fuel usage by 50%, it has also helped us monitor Fleet usage, Fleet abuse and Fleet security. We are able to analyze driver behavior, monitor fleet movement, calculate drivers overtime. This System has done a lot for UNICEF.

It have made it easier to keep in track about about goes on in a remote site and all that is going.

Its easy access and user friendly interface made me like the software even a novice could make use of the software if you give them simple explanation on how to use the the software.

I like seen video or reading a tutorial about a software before an expect would explain it to me, It will give me an glance of how the software work and what to expect on the training. I wasn't able to see a tutorial about the software or a video on how to navigate on my own. coming to the software in general the map aspect was a bit confusing and the map reading and display time is lagging.

The features of the system are remarkable, WITH ITS NUMEROUS FEATURES AND CABALILITIES IT IS THE BEST IN THE MARKET

1. Report archiving should allow for archiving even after 1yr lampse. if this is at a cost it would also work bearing in mind the customers who would like this wouldnt mind paying for it.
