Review of Urbanise
Urbanise is my go to third party platform of choice for providing integrated facilities management solutions for our major clients. The Urbanise team are all ways available and provide great support during contract transition and ongoing during operations.

• Manual logging work requests – No automation available • No Software updates with old system in 9 Years • No Mobile Application available for Trades • No other lines of communication other than email and phone . Old System didn’t allow updates outside the Desk Coordinators data entry • Lack of Customer Service – TSM became complacent • Integration with client portals not available • No live reporting or Dash Boards available. Only Export to Excel • JSA/s and Client Documentation through Paper Only

Urbanise Review
We can operate more tasks with fewer people with a system that is fairly intuative for users.
PROSThe software is constantly improving with new functionality and quality of life improvements being rolled out. The Urbanise team is open to feedback on the platform and seem to incorporate that feedback into future updates.
CONSSome functions have been designed and developed in a way that doesn quite suit how our business operates. This has been offset by Urbanise's willingness to work through solutions to adapt the platform to our needs.

Urbanise CMMS platform for FM service delivery
fluid, they are more than happy to provide live demos to our client and potential clients and participate in presentations and workshops which my perspective is essential for future growth. furthermore when they have presented on our behalf they have always represented themselves and my organisation very well.
PROSEase of use, in today's age of Uber-type service interactions traditional CMMS software are clunky, required a huge upfront investment in development and onboarding then sludge with exorbitant ongoing fees. Urbanise itself and the team that supports it are constantly adapting to client demands, software and tech are moving at such a pace that it is essential to have a tech partner who embraces and champions change, Urbanise is definitely the market leader in my opinion when it comes to this.
CONSMy role is demonstrating the system capabilities and functionality to my clients as an FM provider, as far as I a concerned I havent encounter any show stoppers. The only notable things I could draw attention to are: 1. it is only available in English and Arabic, we have some global clients who require multilingual, I understand that urbanise have plans to address this in the not to distant future.

PROSThe Urbanise product and support has assisted in optimising our network and depot facilities management delivery model. Real-time reporting and associated dashboards have been extremely helpful!
CONSContinued improvements are required to simplify the system for the contractors to closeout work orders... Better self-help options !

We now have the ability to raise, monitor, control and close-out the various work orders within all divisions of our business, including invoicing and payments.
PROSIntegration! Urbanise has allowed us to eliminate archaic systems and transfer robust data into one cloud-based platform which can be easily accessed via the Force phone App or desktop.
CONSThe initial input of data, in our case, Hierarchies and Areas within assets was trial and error. We got there in the end!

There are no limits with the Urbanise software. It will grow as we do, continuing to support our business and processes.
