Visitt is designed to increases productivity, efficiency, collaboration, and communication between tenants, owners, and other property management teams. Some of Visitt's features include daily task management for engineers, coordinators, PMs, and managers. Additionally, the platform provides tools for work order management, smart documentation, preventative maintenance, inventory management, and a robust tenant communication channel with automated updates and satisfaction surveys.

Great Program

The transition was made easy by the great support received from the Visitt staff. So far, the tenant likes the system very much.

PROS

The ease of use, the simplicity of being able to navigate the website and the fact that all of my tenant's people have access to it via either email or their phones.

CONS

So far, every problem that I encountered was quickly handled by the tech staff.

Mainly, the ease of use versus the others.

Needed an easier to understand system. Visitt provided that with ease.

Visitt in our tower (Pisgat Dan @ Ramat Gan, Israel)

Welcoming feedback, trying their best to suit our needs. Great system, better suited then Jira and other solutions.

PROS

makes some order in maintenance issues and brings more transparency both to tenants and to the tenants representatives.

CONS

No support for videos, Hybrid app is not built well for mobile, probably they need to refactor No API docs No picture for packages module No integration to LPR systems for getting visitors car plate into the system

Very easy to use and love the accountability it provides to my techs!

It was a small challenge to integrate the software with our current program but overall it worked!

PROS

Integration has been so smooth and the software is incredibly user-friendly compared to others we've used. Communication with the Visitt team has also been a huge plus!

I only wish I had learned about Visitt sooner!

Overall it is comfortable

PROS

I really like how everything organized, it is nice interface for user and administrator

CONS

mobile application need to improve, mostly slowly and need open browser

It is quickly after getting used but the maintenance team is not enough strongly informed of work orders
