Worldfavor review

Very good, feels like they have the most flexible platform and strong attention to customer needs. Would chosse them again.

PROS

Very flexible platform which saves us time and help our portfolio companies report real sustainability data both more accurately and with less dedication of resources.

CONS

Management and sourcing module review

overall we have a very good experience with worldfavor and we have noticed that other departments in the company use the platform for collecting data on logistics and IT suppliers.

PROS

We use different modules, Transparency, Management and sourcing. Initially, we used all of them equally, but now mostly the Management and Sourcing module on a regular basis. Helps us with keeping track of progress and data collections for our suppliers and offices and stores.

CONS

we haven't done integration with our internal system yet, that is something we explore.

PROS

Easy to understand and to use. Appreciate the support available and the customer service.

CONS

That you can only download one evidence at time, that you have to for e.g., manually calculate kwh for all months and then insert the total into WF instead of putting in all the kwh for each month and the tool summing it together directly, the incapability of downloading data in PDF etc. As well that the KPIs are not able to be shown to only one reporter, but that all can see all the KPIs.
